OnTrac’s service is absolutely terrible. Packages are constantly delayed, and when you try to get help, their customer service is useless. They give you the runaround until they finally admit they have “no more information” and don’t know where your package is or what happened to it. It’s beyond frustrating—how can a delivery company not know where their own packages are? If I could give zero stars, I would.
I read the negative reviews.My experience was exceptional.The first delivery to the designated area, as directed by signage.Lately FedEx and UPS, ignore the directions and leave deliveries in stupid places. On Trac, followed directions to the T.Thank you.
OnTrac was supposed to deliver my package the last 3 days. Every day they update the tracking saying that they attempted to deliver, but could not due to safety concerns. Someone has been home everyday and I have security cameras. There has never been an attempted delivery. I have no dogs in the yard or wild animals. We are not out there with weapons and we live on a nice quiet street in a nice area. What would they be afraid of? Regardless they lied anyways and did not attempt a delivery. I tried to contact customer service and they only do online chats. They don't know where my package is, but they did tell me that stating there were "safety concerns" is not a standard reason for not delivering a package, which I don't believe because I see a lot of other reviews saying the same thing. I would never use this company and I will never again buy from someone who ships with this company. They lie and they are incompetent.
One star is extremely generous! I’ve never experienced such a circus with a delivery/shipping company. My package, according to their tracking system, arrived in a facility an hour from my home on August 7th. It never came, never came and never came. Each day, it said that it was due to arrive to me that day. When I finally managed to get to communicate with someone via Chat, nonetheless, it suddenly shows “delivered” and on August 7th! NOPE! It never came, there is no photo of the delivery, and my security camera shows no one at the door that day. Something is seriously wrong with this company, and I’m convinced my package has been stolen. Unfortunately, I have to start all over again because this company’s incompetence! Avoid them like the plague!
I would love to know how this mess of a company is still in business. That's the craziest part, not that they don't even attempt to deliver packages, or have good customer service, or good basic morals in the slightest. It's that somehow they still have a "business" to scam people with, and that's crazy to me.
ZERO STARS! I don't even know how this company is still in business. They have the worst customer service that can't ever help with anything. They don't have accurate tracking info and when the driver actually tries to make a delivery (VERY LATE MIND YOU) they can't even find the location of delivery. They never bother calling you to try and deliver but rather let you know they'll "make 3 more attempts" even if they never fully attempted the first time. Please stop using them to service deliveries. They need to be out of business if they aren't willing to refine the way their delivery service works.
Zero if I could! Ordered from MLB shop and it was shipped by ontrac. After not seeing my packages progress for 3 days, I reached out to ontrac-- they don't have a service number, just some bots or text agents who don't help. I was told there was return labels already created and contact the seller. No attempt to deliver. Don't use them if you have the option!
NO STARS. Package ordered from Columbia Sportswear was never delivered, but OnTrac is insisting (after BACKDATING a “delivery”) that the package was delivered. For several days after 8/1, it was still showing “expected delivery 8/1.” On 8/4, that changed to “expected delivery 8/5.” When nothing came, I opened a query with OnTrac on 8/6. It still read “expected delivery 8/5” on the morning of 8/8, when I finally contacted Columbia. Then in the afternoon, after what I can only assume was Columbia getting into contact with them, I got an email from OnTrac saying the package had been delivered, and when I checked the tracking, they had backdated it to “delivered on 8/7.” I got a couple packages that day, and it was nowhere among them. I’ve searched for days. After multiple emails requesting photo of delivery, they have ignored requests and doubled down that the issue is closed. After reading multiple online reviews of them, this seems to be a pattern. This company should not be used as a delivery service by others because they cannot be bothered to actually follow through with their commitments and responsibilities. Of course I’m bugged that my stuff isn’t here, but I’m more bugged by their attitude toward customers and a complete lack of desire to do the very essence of what they’re supposed to do.
