I wish I could give ontrac zero stars

I wish I could give ontrac zero stars! They delivered my package on Friday at 12:58pm I’m getting out of my car. I see her take a picture, pick the package back up and take it with her. I wasn’t aware that it was mine until I tracked my package at 1:07pm! That’s when I realized ontrac delivery driver stole my package! Beware of this company! They have horrible reviews and I understand why!

HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE-I'm still waiting

HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE! I wish that companies that you purchase from would inform you of the delivery service they are using. I was very much looking forward to my package for my toddler and then I started getting the "delayed" messages. One day....two days.... now I'm 3 days in and will have to wait another 48 hours per the chat person before I can contact the original company.There's no reason a company should be this unprofessional and yet still chosen by so many companies. I'm sure that I'll never receive my package.

Unprofessional in how they handle packages

The worst delivery service ever. Clinique uses this company to deliver their products. The lazy delivery person left the product several feet from the front door in direct sun light. I guess he was trying to avoid the ring camera well it didn't work. And of course he did not ring the doorbell informing me that the package was here. Ontracks tracking system is a complete joke so you never truly know the date the package it to be delivered. With so many horrible reviews how are they still in business?

No service, no communication.

Totally screwed up a gift delivery to a friend. It was perishable, and by the time they got around to delivering, it was spoiled. OnTrac sat on it. They have no way of contacting them other than robotic chat, which doesn't seem to work. There is no way to contact them via email or phone, and when I realized this shipment was going to be spoiled by the time they delivered it, I attempted to cancel it via their "chat". I got an auto-response email saying to "reply to this email" with further details. When I tried to, the email bounced back as undeliverable. The order ended up NOT being cancelled, and my gift recipient got a box of spoiled meat. They have a history of literally stealing packages as well as bad delivery, and I'm not sure how they stay in business. I now ask HOW something will be shipped when I order, and if the answer is OnTrac, I won't order from that vendor.

Worst delivery company ever

This is has got to be one of the worst delivery companies ever I mean they delivered my package to the wrong facility I mean are you serious and it delayed my package Walmart needs to use FedEx not ontrac I swear this company needs to get shut down it's not just that the fact that my package was delayed but they were very very rude and I hope they get shut down

Absolutely TERRIBLE

Absolutely TERRIBLE! Lying that package a) first couldn't be delivered because access was needed (no access needed: it's a house) b) after opening a ticket more incompetence and lying about package was delivered. I will NEVER buy from any business again which uses Ontrac as their delivery 'service'.

Quite possibly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

I was expecting a package delivery and OnTrac were to make the delivery.I knew there was a problem when the tracking gave 4:23 PM as ‘out for delivery’. Who sends trucks out at the end of the business day?I signed up for text alerts, but when nothing had happened by 8:30 with no end in sight (and having gotten up at 4:30 AM) I went to bed.The next morning I was greeted with a tracking up-date, a delivery had been attempted at 10:08 PM but I “wasn’t home”.There was no text, no knock on the door and no evidence of any attempt to deliver.How an allegedly reputable company can employ this ‘service’ is beyond me.ADDENDUM: after not receiving my package the first day I checked their tracking and it showed ‘out for delivery’ again, this time at 1:37 PM.I knew they couldn’t possibly have tried to deliver before this, so around 6 PM I opened my front door and my blinds so I could see if someone was coming.True to form, nobody ever showed up, but their tracking showed ‘nobody home’ at 10:35 PM.I don’t know if their delivery people are stupid, crazy or lazy but blaming the recipient for not being home when no delivery attempt has been made is unacceptable and insulting.They have my address, my phone and my email, but I received no call, no email and no text on either of the nights I’ve lost to these dreadful incompetents.

Why is this company still in business?

Why is this company still in business?? I have multiple packages lost by this company! No help from the customer service, the pakage just vashied!

You cannot talk to a human

You cannot talk to a human. You cannot chat with a human. When you call customer service their automated phone tells you that you can chat with a live person but you cannot. They do not call or text when they have an issue getting into a building. When you update delivery instructions it can take 24 to 48 hours. So they send out another driver the next day without a door code to a building they tried the day before. Why would they do that? Are they hoping they can magically transport through the door the next day? No one is going to sit outside a building from 7 am to 7 pm to wait for a package to arrive. Worst delivery company I have ever had to deal with. All that automation and I'm still wondering what happens next. I guess my package will go back to the store and I'll cancel the order.
