Charged for returned itemsLike others I have been charged for items I don’t have. In this case over £500 for items that had been returned 10 days previously. I have tried to contact Outfittery urgently as this is money that I simply can’t afford and I have still not received a response from them after several days.
Avoid. A previous Stitchfix customer , I was transferred and they have charged me £700 for clothes which never arrived. They told me it had been sent to a red street postbox which is bizarre and impossible. Customer service does not reply to emails or answer phone. Update - Eventually after waiting for over half an hour on the phone I got through to a customer services rep who told me the clothes had been returned to them and issued a refund. But why was I charged in the first place, when all the clothes had been returned? I don't have faith in them to cope with the demand they have created, hopefully that will change.
I really want to like this company but it is impossibleI have had a couple of boxes from them and now mysteriously am being sent a a seocnd one for May which I neither need nor want. The last box missed an item which I have now been invoiced for. I emailed the customer service option but the only repsponse I have received is to tell me how they have not been able to pick up my initial message because they have been inundated with customer queries. It is impossible to reach OUTFITTERY in a reasonable manner or time frame. You can't get through to anyone and it takes weeks to get an answer to your customer query form and that is if you can manage to access it via their website which seems to have its objective to be as confusing and unhelpful to customers as possible. I can see this company is trying because they seem to asnwer Trustpilot reviews faster than actual customer queries so I am hoping someone there sees this and does something. It is clear that this company is facing massive operational and technical challenges and I have to wonder why they insist on keeping going if they can't do the basics right. Order: HA126431717GB (Order I did not request) and Order 2: 1787882752 (order without the item that I have been invoiced for)
I’m having so much trouble with this company. I have never activated my account after it was transferred from Stitchfix but they continue to email saying they are sending orders. The first time they cancelled the order but this has happened again and I can’t get any response from their email or phone number. They are now sending me an order I didn’t want and have invoiced me for over £400. It’s causing me a lot of anxiety and distress and I can’t get any response from them at all. I’ve asked them to delete my personal details but again no response.
Similar to other reviews here, I believe my details were sold to Outfittery when they took over from StitchFix in the UK. I did not choose to sign up with Outfittery when prompted, yet this did not stop them from sending a box worth £500+ to my previous address listed with StitchFix, which I no longer live at.It is not possible to cancel the subscription or amend the address without an account, which I do not have as I never actually signed up. This experience alone ensures that I won't be signing up with them in the future. My interaction with customer service has so far been limited to automated emails stating "unforeseen circumstances" have delayed their response to my case. Thankfully, unlike others here, I have not yet received emails demanding payment. However, I am sure these will be on their way soon, as I have had to cancel my credit card to avoid being charged for clothes that I didn't order and weren't even sent to my address. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would advise anyone considering Outfittery to be cautious. Their customer service is unresponsive, and their practices regarding acting on transferred customer details without consent are highly questionable.
Chasing me for payment for a delivery I haven’t received- my data was transferred from stitchfix when it closed last year. In January I received an email to preview an order, I spent time navigating the system and selected some items. It seemed more expensive than stitchfix but I thought I’d give it a go. Unfortunately I didn’t receive the order. Now in May I am getting chased for payment of almost £300, despite contacting outfittery uk and de via contact us and email (three times now) to which I’ve still not had a response. Like others I could cry too, it’s unfair to keep sending invoices for a parcel I’ve not received. Such a shame I didn’t read all the poor reviews first, I really liked stichfix but this experience has put me off using any service like this in the future.
