I’m here once again. To complain and make others aware. And just prior to contacting the Information commissioner in the UK. After repeated email requests to the ‘support’ desk asking for my account to be closed after shocking tactics and errors by outfittery, it seems yet another box is on its way to me. When trying to submit ANOTHER support request - which would have no doubt gone unanswered - I find that the portal won’t accept my log in details!!! This is as close to a scam as you can get and contravenes all GDPR laws!!!!! Avoid like the plague!!! One star only because Google won’t allow me to give zero stars
My details have been shared from stitchfix I did not ask for a box Received it but sent multiple emails asking to return the items but no response My account was charged over £500 and I have no way to return or.l claim my money back
Really unimpressed with this company. As a previous Stitch Fix customer, I didn’t give authorisation for my details to be transferred, didn’t request a box and certainly didn’t receive one but have somehow been charged £496 pounds which has been taken from my bank account!Apparently Royal Mail delivered a box to me - they didn’t- and outfittery said they’d look into this well over a month ago but I’ve heard nothing back despite requesting updates. I did not give authorisation for my bank details to be transferred and so now I’m nearly £500 out of pocket for something I didn’t request nor receive. When businesses transfer customer details, they are not allowed to transfer payment details without authorisation so I’m not sure how this has been allowed to happen. I didn’t want to leave any negative reviews as I prefer to seek resolution in the first instance but I’m at a loss as to what to do now the company are not responding to me.
I was a stitch fix customer who decided to give outfittery a go when they took over. The service I have received from day 1 has been absolutely shocking. Orders are placed for a specific day, but the process doesn't start until a week after that day. Then once you've made your selection it takes another week to get shipping and another week to receive the items. Can take a month after your selected date to actually receive anything and then once you return items you don't want/keep the ones you do it can take a month for them to take payment, which means you may no longer have that money set aside. There's not an option to manually pay, you have to wait for them to just take it. Both times I had boxes I had to email them a month later and ask them to please take what I owed because I was walking around in clothes I hadn't yet paid for. The last order I placed was ordered for 15th April, its now 12th may and my order still says waiting for shipping. I have reached out to customer service 3 times, first to ask where my items are, second to ask to cancel my order and delete my account and third time to ask again to delete my account as I'm sick of how awful they are. Each time I have received no reply.
Discovering this app through a friend was a game-changer! I have zero time for shopping sprees, but this app has a personal stylist feature that's been a total lifesaver. This company is awful!!! I was a previous Stitchfix customer and out of the blue received a box from Outfittery. I did not request this box. I returned the full box straight away and requested for my account to be closed. A month later i received an email requesting payment for a dress I did not keep. I have tried contacting Outfittery several times to dispute this but no reply. I am now receiving more threatening emails about instructing debt collectors. This is very concerning and causing distress. As a result I am seeking legal advice on this matter and the fact that Outfittery are clearly in breach of data protection laws because I didn’t give permission for my data to be transferred.
i have ordered a box and want to return certain items. My account page has not been updated to say that my order has been delivered meaning i cannot return any items. This has been the case for over two weeks now. I have sent several emails and tried to call them to no avail. Have now cancelled my subscription. Very disappointing
Loving this service! I have ordered a few boxes now and always feel that the selections are carefully curated to my taste, while keeping my budget in mind. I have also been introduced to new brands I hadn't heard of before, which is great! The return process is easy (and free!) and the packaging couldn't be more beautiful. I previously used stitch fix and thought I would give this a go. I find it difficult to find clothes to suit my body shape and so far so good ! I always normally pick out black clothes but having a stylist is giving me a rainbow wardrobe! The service has been great, my Stylist has listened. Looking forward to my next box!
I have known this company since 2016, my German friends and colleagues have used it once and then tend to stay with it for years afterwards))) I was delighted to find out that they now operate in the UK and have tried the service. I really like the outfits, the quality of the clothes and I don't even have to pay for the service. Will definitely be using this service again!
