Wonderful presentation

Beautifully presented in their box. Excited upon opening. The quality of all the garments was excellent. Quality of trainers so comfortable. Pity they don’t all fit my rotund middle and this is not the stylists fault. Better luck in my next delivery in 2 months.

£50 reserve fee not reversed after 12 hours as promised. Now has been debited and no support

This company has debited the £50 hold fee used to verify my identity. The website stated this charge was to be reversed within 12 hours. Description: I signed up with Outfittery on the 27th March, submitted my card details and had a £50 charge taken. I was told this would be reversed within 12 hours. On the 3rd April this charge has still not been reversed and had now been debited showing on my credit card statement. I contacted their support on the 5th April no response yet. And contacted laura at outfittery.com a few days later, still no response. Why was this payment taken and not reversed as promised within 12 hours? This payment has been debited from my account against the terms I agreed to. Please refund immediatelyEdit, reply from 17 April is asking me to email Laura at outfittery.com but I have done this already on the 8th April but never had any response. So I will not be emailing again. My credit card provider is now assisting me with this as I have never had any reply from Laura or Outfitterys support team.

I received a box of clothes from…

I received a box of clothes from outfittery worth £400 I never signed up for the account. My details must have been given from stitchfix Idon’t know how to block them from taking my money!!! Help. In response to the outfittery reply - you must be operating on some gdpr loophole. I never activated an account and I can see that all the clothes sent to me are men’s clothes. I will email your colleague and return the box of clothes. I will update this to let everyone know if money is taken out of my account or not.

It would be zero stars if I could

It would be zero stars if I could! Previous stitch fix customer and emails from Outfittery went into my spam folder.I did not give permission for my details to be sold to another company, I did not activate my account with Outfittery and I did not request any clothes from them. I was not aware of them at all until a box of clothes arrived at my door. Now being threatened with debt collectors to pay off the £392. I have emailed multiple times to say that I want my account deleted but with nothing back other than a holding email. The holding email however doesn't stop the debt collecting emails. Terrible, horrible company. Avoid at all costs!

Avoid at all costs

I've unfortunately joined the ranks of those who have received a Stitch Fix box without my authorization, even after I made sure to cancel my Stitch Fix subscription. To my knowledge, the box that was supposedly sent to me never made it to my doorstep. Compounding the issue, their correspondence ended up in my spam folder, so I remained oblivious to the entire situation until an unexpected charge of 530 pounds appeared on my account.Echoing the sentiments of numerous frustrated customers, I've found their customer service to be unresponsive; phone calls go unanswered and emails remain without reply. This experience has left me with the impression that the company may be engaging in highly questionable, if not predatory, business tactics, or at the very worst, operating a scam.I feel compelled to caution others to think twice before engaging with Stitch Fix, and from my perspective, it would be wise to steer clear altogether.

What a pain in the ass!

Like a lot of people, ex stitch fix customer receiving a random box of clothes and thinking wft! To then find out this is after my bank account details being sold to the company with out permission. Some of the replies from outfittery on these reviews says that this is in compliance with GPRD and if so they seem to have found a loop while and it’s outrageous! I never gave my permission for this to happen. The last email I received from stitch fix was they were closing down and that was that. After reading here I have since found an email in junk saying that I could opt out of my details being sold! 1 email in junk!!!! So so bad guys! Opt out of my actual bank details being sold this is sooooo bad! And this is legal! So so bad and what is wrong with corporations, the can just get away with doing things that should be highly illegal through loop whole! Outfittery are you such a deviant company?? Time will tell. Stitch fix needs to be held accountable for selling peoples bank account details without permission! The email should have been opt in not opt out as you can see lots of people missed 1 lousy email in a junk folder! As for outfittery I spent 2 hours on hold waiting to talk to someone after a giant unwanted box arrived with £500 worth of clothes I didn’t want or ask for. Now reading here and on Facebook and mumsnet how they are treating people and taking Hundreds of pounds out of accounts… so bad! If it was all just an accident or they had sent the box and people Could send it back without them having my bank details through an awful legal loophole (that I hope everyone is reporting as this needs to change), I would have maybe opened the box and taken A look but now I don’t want anything from this scam set up to screw over people for stitch fix to make money from our data!!! Maybe outfittery were a naive victim in thinking we all had actually given permission or were they aware of this opt out email scam who knows! But I have cancelled my cards as a precaution and will be waiting for a reply from customer service to arrange it being picked up as there is no way I can get this giant box to a post office! What a joke outfittery but if all gets sorted quickly and the Parcel picked up no charge I will write another review to be fair that it was sorted and perhaps we can believe Outfittery didn’t realise what a terrible blunder an already closed down company selling peoples data after 1 email for people to opt out of is!!!!

Don't bother

I signed up but went shopping and didn't require the service so I emailed to cancel as asked by Outfittery. No one ever got back to me, I got sent a selection of clothing that was utterly hideous and I rejected every single piece ahead of the deadline. Lo and behold what shows up on my doorstep today? All the clothes I rejected. So annoying, please cancel my subscription immediately

Did not sign up for this service

I today recieved a box of clothes valued at over £500 from I service I have never heard from and never signed up for. I was a Stitch Fix customer and having read other reviews it appears that this company has bought Stitch Fix's database. I can't log on to my account to return the clothes because I never set up an account and the customer service number just rings out. Disgraceful business practices.

Outfittery took £652 with no warning! No reply!

I am an old Stitch Fix customer and got so many emails from Outfittery that I decided to give them a chance. Big mistake! My first box arrived (nearly everything was the wrong size) but I was delayed returning the box. I was used to the Stitch Fix way who would send a email to remind us to post the box back or check out. I had not a single email from Outfittery other than one to say they had taken the full amount of £652.41. They emptied my bank account! That also meant that I was no longer able to check out online (I was keeping one item). I have emailed so many times requesting a refund and nobody has replied! I have even emailed Laura at outfittery dot com because that seems to be the address that is dealing with the ridiculous amount of complaints, but have heard nothing. To complicate everything, I have returned the box weeks ago using the pre-paid 48 Tracked label and the box is stuck in a delivery office. I have proof of all of this, which I have emailed to 'Laura'. I feel completely lost with this! I need my money back. I don't have the box anymore, and NOBODY is getting back to me! Also, FYI Royal Mail only compensate up to £150 which nowhere near covers the value of the box. I am livid with this company and regret so badly that I signed up with them. Stitch Fix were amazing. Outfittery are TERRIBLE!
