Review Time
Truly awful company and unlawful tactics employed. Gathered my data from somewhere, suspect stitchfix and sent a parcel I didn’t ask for or want. They then charge you for the pleasure as you can’t send it back or if you do then they say items are missing and charge you.No customer service at all, you will never get a reply to emails.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. AVOIDHaving looked at the other reviews, I’m expecting a copy and paste reply that makes it look like they have resolved the issues. They won’t !!!
Heard about the service from friends that used Stitch Fix previously. The concept is great, I hate shopping for clothes, don't have the time with a busy work and family life so this seemed to be the perfect solution. AND so far it is. The service has been great, my Stylist is super cool, chooses exactly the right selections in each box and general invoicing and deliveries have never been an issue. Can't understand these bad reviews? Looking forward to my Summer box! Thanks
I have sent six emails to outfittery, asking for a returns address/label, to return unwanted goods, as I don't want to activate an account with them. All I have received in return are automated responses quoting a larger than expected volume of emails, and requests for payment. I have spoken to a solicitor who recommended an unsolicited goods template which I have sent. 14 minutes later I got an email stating they will put it to debt collection if I don't pay immediately
I received a box which I didn’t want, having emailed to tell them that I don’t want to be a customer! No reply! I returned all the items but are now being asked to pay for an item that I didn’t keep!! I’ve contacted them through the website! No reply! I’ve waited twice on the end of the phone line for 20 minutes each time! No pick up!! Customer service is clearly rubbish!
I have now received 3 boxes from Outfittery and I love the presentation and the excitement of opening a surprise. I have recently had a problem with returned dress not been credited (which may have been my error) but after a phone call this has been sorted. I have found the quality and selection is better and the return proceedings, onceyou get the hang of it, is much swifter. I was charged for an entire box that I returned to stitch fix, never received a refund!
I placed my first order and never heard back from them. I have emailed and never received a reply. Eventually I had to cancel my order. I tried to cancel my account but this is not an option. They stated you need to email them to do so which I did. Weeks passed by, multiple emails, I have never heard back. I wonder if this company is legitimate. At this point I am not comfortable with them having my bank details.
I was a Stitch Fix customer and my details were transferred over to Outfittery. I bitterly regret deciding to give them a go and wish I’d just not given my consent for the changeover, as it seems that I can’t even cancel my Outfittery account now. I was put on to ‘Autopilot’ without my consent or without even activating my account, and an order amounting to £356 was sent out to me. I was immediately anxious upon looking through the box as I noticed a £60 shirt (the most expensive item on the order) had not been included, and I foresaw issues with being charged for this. Well, I was absolutely right to worry. I sent the order back as I disliked all the clothes (very frumpy) with a written note on the returns form saying that the shirt hadn’t been included and I shouldn’t be charged. I also wrote the same note on my online returns, and sent an immediate email explaining what had happened with a photograph of what I’d been sent. I’ve sent a follow-up email and had no response from any of my correspondence - and, surprise surprise, I am being charged for my ‘kept’ item that I never received. I have told them the weight of the returned box and that this will match the outgoing weight, but, no response. I am so disgusted by the ethics and customer service of this company. Avoid at all costs - I really wish I had.
I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience with Outfittery. Previously a Stitch Fix customer, my subscription details were sold to Outfittery after Stitch Fix closed. Unfortunately, I was not aware of this transition as the opt-out email was sent to an outdated email address I no longer use. Without my consent, I received an unsolicited box of clothes from Outfittery, which I immediately returned in its entirety, with proof of postage and the box's weight clearly documented.Despite returning everything, Outfittery charged me for two items that I returnedt. I have attempted multiple times to rectify this issue by reaching out to their customer service, but my emails have gone unanswered. This lack of response and accountability showcases a severe lack of professionalism and customer care.I caution potential customers to consider my experience as a warning. The transfer of customer details without explicit consent and the subsequent refusal to address or correct billing mistakes reflect poorly on Outfittery's business practices. I advise looking elsewhere for your clothing subscription needs where transparency and customer respect are a priority.
