This company took over £500 out of my account for a box that I returned on 23rd March and have a certificate of posting for. I returned all items and used the website to confirm. No response to my email and they are threatening to send another! Please return my money and close my account.
The box was missing an item. I contacted support but received no response from a human. Two weeks later I was charged the full amount for the box. I have not even tried anything yet as I'm waiting for a response. I don't want to return the box until my ticket is resolved incase I get billed for the missing item.
Awful service!!!There was no way to amend my box of returns so I emailed several times to say that I will be returning everything. Obviously, there is no direct chat and it took them over 18 days to respond to my email to say that that was fine.Lo and behold, I have been charged for an item which I have returned!!! There is no way to dispute this or manage your account online so I have no idea how to get my money back.
I was previously a Stitch Fix customer, who I found to be very good and easy to deal with. I received my first box from Outfittery and decided to keep 3 items. I entered my return online, had to do this twice as my account did not initially register my choices. Once it registered, I then could not return items as the return label was missing. I contacted them through their website and requested a new return label (this was one of the dropdown options so presume happens often). I received an email explaining they were very busy and my enquiry may take a while. After a couple of weeks I had still not received label so went on the website again. My account had reverted back to no return items requested. With no option to correct. I contacted them again to explain this was incorrect and ask again for a return label. 3 days later I have been charged for all items!! I have contacted them again today to complain but have only so far received automated holding emails for all enquiries. All I want to do is return items I am not going to wear! I will be reporting to Trading Standards unless there is a suitable resolution.
I have been chasing my order since 23rd December 2023!! I have received several emails telling me that my order is still in the warehouse and once the order leaves the warehouse, I will receive a notification. Following an email 12th February from George telling me it was still the warehouse, I then received an email saying it was delivered (prior to the 12th February) and signed for but not by me?!! How can it still be being packed if it has been delivered already?Today, 17th April 2024 after chasing for almost 4 months, I have had money (over £400!!) taken from my account for a box I am still waiting for. I had years of great service and no issue with stitch fix, I will not be using Outfittery again and would certainly not recommend to anyone!!
Ordered a box from these guys after Stitchfix went bust to try them out. Got the box fine, then notified Outfittery that I was returning all but 1 item, and shipped it back to them.A few days later I get charged for the full box (£550!), and email them to check why. No response.A few days later I get an email saying they have received my returns but they incorrectly state that I have kept 2 items. They issue a refund for the items they think I have returned. I again email them telling them that they have miscounted my returned items and overcharged me by £80. No response.I email again a week later asking for an update. No response.I email 4 more times over the next week. No response.I tell them if they don't get back to me I have no choice but to initiate a chargeback against them for the £80. No response. So now I have to try and convince my credit card provider to chargeback instead of them answering ONE SINGLE EMAIL.Avoid at all costs.
Seem to have had the same issues as many others- clothes i have not ordered and then being charged for one item that i did not have as i refused to take the box in and the post lady just took it back. No response to e mails and have asked twice to cancel my details from their system- no response except automated messages.
Like many on this site, I was referred to this company via Stitch Fix. I was sent a box in February which I was not expecting and as I felt the quality of the clothes was poor and did not in any way suit what I would wear, I sent the box back and emailed customer support asking them to not send any further boxes. I then received another box in April. Again, I contacted them to ask them to stop sending boxes and returned the items. 10 weeks later they attempted to take money from my account for the box I returned. I have emailed them to day it was returned and have heard nothing back except an automated message requesting payment of over £300. I have emailed to say how stressed and upset this is making me but no reply.I am utterly at a loss as to what to do. This company is, as evident by looking at other reviews, completely ineffective at managing their communication and emails. The stress of this is making me so unwell and I am terrified of getting debt collectors. Outfittery, you need to change the way you do business, you cannot simply ignore all these reviews
