Review Time
Ordered running shoes on the 25/11/25, and I'm still waiting for dispatch. Their automated bot keeps telling me they should be delivered today, the 28/11/25. I've ordered lots of shoes over the years, but this is real let down. Time to look at another brand, who can deliver on time!
Lot's of negative reviews here, but I very happy with outIet.ascis. I bought a pair of GT-2000 12 running shoes from last years season at a bargain price. Within three days after my order the package was delivered and the shoes are absolutely perfect!
tried ordering shoes. after paying the website gave me 404 and sent me back to shopping basket. I tried re-purchasing but i couldn't since the money had already been charged from my account and it didn't come back. I tried contacting the customer service but got no answer. Starting to think I got scammed :(
Horrible, horrible customer service. FedEx delivered to the wrong address. I promptly called FedEx and they said the shipper (ASICS) had to contact them. I called ASICS and they said that they would ship me another pair, conduct an investigation, and email me. I never received an email so I called. They then said “oh, we need to do an investigation and then we will ship you your shoes”. I informed them that I needed my shoes and FedEx took a picture of where it was delivered and that was not my house. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor. Never got to speak to one. Was told we will email you. I just want to add I had already successfully ordered 2 pairs of shoes from them in the last 30 days but now they have to send it to a FedEx location for me to pick up or they will not be responsible if anything happens in transit. The entire situation makes me mad. I have been wearing ASICS since basic training. I got them at the PX. NOW I HAVE TO FIND A NEW BRAND OF RUNNING SHOES.
Well i wouldn't have thought the customer service would be as terrible as it is and they don't care.You would think a brand like they are would offer a better service, the experience I am still going through to tell is way too long.I do not expect to pay £120 for a pair of trainers have them for 5 months to get told it is not a manufacturer fault I have lifted the sole with the type of exercise I do. The trainers were bought at an outlet store, I went back with my trainers whilst there the shop assistant was lifting the sole and has made it worse, he told me he didn't have a mystic ball to actually tell how it has happened but is definitely not manufacturer fault (so it's me) they did offer me 20% discount off another pair! How is laughed as said if trainers only last 5 months i will never buy from these again.What is more disappointing is that I didn't even need new trainers as my new balance trainers are perfectly good even after over a year of training in nearly everyday.I am in the process with customer service and have emailed photos explained my issue in store however I am told to go back in the store for them to help.... not sure of what part they don't understand I already have hence me needing help from the experience team! Yep true it is and experience for sure.
