Re order OUTGB32643981 I Ordered a running jacket on 21st Dec. The money was taken but it has still not been delivered. No-one is manning the phone line and the email I sent chasing has had no response. No communication has been received other than the one on 23rd Dec telling me my order has been shipped. I understand we are in difficult times but honesty when ordering and responses to communications are the basics that other businesses are still able to uphold. I have worn ASICS trainers for years and have had no trouble with them. This outlet needs looking at as giving them a bad name.
