They do not have a clue on running an online store!I ordered some running shoes and the order was accepted and went through without issue. a few days later I got an email saying that my order had been cancelled. They gave two potential reasons:Either.They were out of stock - in which case why did they accept my order?There was a problem with my card payment - Why did the transaction go through when I ordered?Assuming that no online ordering system would allow me to order when there was no stock. I re-ordered with a different card. All appeared to be going well until a week later I got the same cancellation message.What organisation cancels an order and gives ambiguous reasons so you continue to waste your time?I have pasted the messages contained in the email below. Really you could not make this mess up! Thank you.Your order will be processed within the next 1-3 business days, depending on your selected shipment method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number.Your order has been cancelled.Thank you for your recent order. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but due to unforeseen circumstances, your order has been cancelled. Orders are generally cancelled because items are no longer in stock or there are credit card billing issues or errors in our system.
Ordered a pair of shows that were in stock, then 3 days later they tell me they are no longer in stock, despite showing as in stock, so they cancel my order. One week later the website still shows the shoes as being in stock, so I order again, for a higher price, they then cancel my order again 3 days later.
I've ordered from here twice and they have lost my order twice. So frustrating how much of a shambles their delivery services are. Embarrassing that a company like ASICS are not doing anything to resolve the issue that they have as so many people are not receiving their parcels
Horrendous service. Ordered a pair of trainers, the order was confirmed, then three days later Asics Outlet cancelled it. What sort of service is that. I'd avoid them at all costs. I have eventually received a pair but had at least 5 orders cancelled, even though the item was in stock, supposedly. If you use your first order discount, it will probably be cancelled and you won`t get it again, even though they say it will be on your account.
Urgh if only I'd checked this site before ordering! Ordered some shoes (from the offficial ASICS outlet site), delivery was due 7th June, today 14th June still no order, neither Asics or Yodel have any idea where parcel is, have been told by Asics I have to wait at least 7 days whilst they run an investigation with Yodel!! Very limited phone call times - only open 10 til 3pm, so everything has to be done with chat bots (who just tell me the order has been dispatched) and incredibly difficult to speak to actual people.Seriously - how hard can it be to deliver a pair of running shoes?! Avoid using this site at all costs. Buy from other sellers.Even better. When I finally got to talk to someone I was told they don’t accept complaints!
I never write on review sites, but after I’d ordered from ASICS outlet, I just thought I’d have a look at Trustpulot I was worried when I read the bad reviews and was regretting my decision.However, the service was FANTASTIC and I was informed about delivery tracking several times and my trainers arrived a day ahead of what was actually stated! Couldn’t beat that. All round brilliant experience. So, fear not. Make sure your on the legitimate site, a you will have similar experience , I expect. Great trainers too, at a good price
Terrible service really-They got the address wrong even though I used the automatically saved address I have previously used.I was waiting for a couple of weeks with no information 🤷🏽♂️ because they failed to tell me that the courier had returned the shoes to their warehouse and that they had resold the trainers to someone else but not informed me or refunded the money - I am not sure if that is even legal practice once they have sent them out- as no longer their goods to sell on.The customer service expected me to reorder at a higher price and apply a discount code - with a very impersonal standard response email and then later ignored me and refunded the money. Total waste of my time - if like myself you needed the shoes in a hurry do not trust this supplier. If no big deal and not urgent then take your chances I guess as had previously no significant problem with them
