Review Time
Ordered from the UK. Only received a week late due to Brexit related issues. The trainers themselves (Gel Nimbus 21) exactly as described, fit as expected. I understand some people have had some shocking service, however my experience was a good one.
Placed my order late last Thursday, paid 7euro for express shipping and it was with me this morning (Monday). After seeing alot of negative reviews I was a bit worried but I'm glad I took the chance. My runners are fab, so comfy and the shipping was so quick!!! I will definitely be back! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I returned a top as it was to small over a month and a half now and still stuck at customs no reply by email customer service number removed and ups impossible to contact says being returned to sender but only has ASICS address on the label I printed on the ASICS website returns. So not holding out to ever get a refund or the to back so annoying. What a mess I won't be buying ever again from ASICS after this ordeal!
DO NOT ORDERSince ordering they have removed the telephone number from their website. I have emailed 3 times over a 7-8 week period, still have had no replies. Tried contacting on social media and the only responses I get is links to their website! I complained about the trainers I have received and was offered 20% off a new pair instead of my refund! I will never order from Asics again, do not waste your time or money!
ASICS have always been a good brand for me and so when a good price was offered for some trainers on their website, I jumped in and bought. I was a little concerned about all the negative reviews, however the process was fine for me. ASICS advised that the delivery was likely to be 10-15 working days due to BREXIT issues (understandable) but after a couple of days, the tracking site showed that they had been despatched. The estimate was 10 calendar days which changed to 11 mid way due to delays importing the trainers. However, they arrived on the 10th calendar day, well ahead of the estimated 10 working days.Although not that speedy, ASICS have achieved their targets for me. I have had no need to contact them and so cannot comment on their customer service standards. I'm happy with the service.
Don't mind the negative reviews. Asics outlet is a 100% trustworthy site that sell genuine Asics products. I've bought from them about 4 or 5 times. They offer free returns if the item is too big or small. If there is delivery issues it's not their fault, it's to do with the pandemic and brexit. I personally have had no issues with deliveries from them and I live in Ireland. The shipments are coming via France and bypassing the UK on route to me.
I can’t actually review the product as I’m still waiting for it to arrive, 2 weeks after ordering. I understand there are delays at the moment but their customer service is non existent! I’ve sent several emails and tried calling a number from the website but just can’t get a reply from anyone. God knows when my trainers will arrive as I still don’t have an update from UPS. Definitely don’t buy from here if you want you item within a month. I didn’t know they were located in Germany when I bought my trainers or I would have thought twice about buying, knowing there are delays getting into the UK.
ordered present for mum on 6th January stressful period of trying to locate delivery. 3 weeks later was given a ups delivery date which never happened. Then was glued to ups website and in my living room awaiting delivery every day, as everyday it said it was coming, they even lied and said they attempted delivery one day which was not the case! item eventually delivery on 2nd feb 30 days after ordering!don't order if in a rush. just for some weird reason ordered another order twice after it going through and saying it was then cancelled on my email 10 mins later. must be a system fault as I can't order anything now though that may be a good thing reading all of these bad reviews that mirror mine.UPDATE - Item arrived with weird stains on the soles that look like mud. So over a 5 week wait for faulty goods.
Ordered 2 pairs before Christmas. Delivery was very delayed. When trying to return in Jan I was adviced Brexit means delays and I need to wait - they will extend return times. Now that I'm trying to return the items, I'm told I'm too late and return window is closed! No reply to several emails. Also shipment does not come with the return slip, so you need to organize printing yourself.
Feeling very frustrated with the customer service of this company. I ordered 2 pairs of trainers (different sizes) on the 30 December 2020. They arrived within 10-14 days which was fine. I now need to return one pair. It said I had to include the returns form with the item and print off a returns label. There was no returns form in my delivery. So I printed off the returns label and rang customer services to ask about the return form. I was lucky as the number was working on the 12th January. The lady told me that due to Brexit I should send back the shoes yet as they were updating their paperwork for customs and it would be available after the 14th January. She said she would email me to let me know what to do as I had already generated a returns label. I have not had any further communication and I now cannot get through on the phone and I have had no replies to 3 emails asking for assistance.
