Review Time
I ordered two pairs of shoes and received a baseball cap. I was then told it was an error but the shoes I paid for are now not available. The real issue is that they will not refund the full amount, 50% of two pairs of shoes while the baseball cap is worth $20. Absolute joke and I am still waiting for the refund. Shame that this sours the good Asic name. Avoid at all cost!!
It is the second time I order shoes from them, and it is the second time the delivery is a nightmare. The parcel does not get delivered when they say it will be, and no help from the courier company either. This will probably be the last time a order shoes from them.
I also hesitated about ordering from this site when I read some of the reviews. However I also trusted one of the reviews who said it was genuine.It was unbelievably fast service, I ordered my shoes on Thursday night and they arrived on Saturday afternoon with Yodel. No problems and easy to track the driver's progress.I can't comment on returns as I have always bought Asics and know my perfect fit.
I was a slightly worried after reading some of these reviews however had no need to be as the company was excellent. My order arrived within 3 days and I’m very happy with the trainers. Communication was also accurate and timely. Will definitely be using again and would recommend.
Standard delivery time 3-5 working day. After 5 working day status - Delivery Picking completed. When I bought from Nike, I have shoes after max 2-3 day from NL. This package is from Poland to Poland. Nobody answer. Timeliness is a fiction, I advise against shopping in this store people wait weeks for the shipment.Better to buy in the store.
After unsuccessfully contacting customer services, Marc hung up on me, about the delay in shipping my order I received a shipping confirmation email on 13th April 2023 with an estimated delivery date for the previous day, 12th April 2023. As of this morning my trainers are still with Asics waiting to collected by the courier company. Unless Asics are now employing time travel in an effort to resolve their issues the company is truly broken. My advice is to avoid at all costs. When things go wrong they are impossible to contact and you should always judge a company on how it copes when things don’t go to plan as much as by the quality of the products it sells.
