Never again. Two orders, first took just over 2 weeks to come and the second a full 3. Both unsuitable but can’t send them back as the system won’t let me make postage labels and keeps saying there is a problem. Phone lines out of order and they haven’t responded to my email!Asics, if you see this, I have over £100 worth of shoes that I want to send back but can’t due to your system error and non existent customer service!
I was disappointed that it wasn't advised until after ordering the trainers that there would be a 10-15 day wait for delivery. Then afterc2 weeks began to panic when there was no dispatch email which led me to checking out the reviews and becoming aware of all the negative comments. Definitely thought something dodgy was going on. However after ordering on the 9th March my trainers arrived today and are just what I wanted at a fraction of the price anywhere else. So overall I am very pleased thank you.
Do not order!!!!!!Spent £108.00 on a pair of gel nimbus trainers. Ordered a size 6. When they arrived they for more like a size 4!!!not true to size at all, then upon trying to return I'm being told they are experiencing issues and I can not return the item at this time. By the time I finally can arrange a return I will have to wait 15 working days for them to receive them back and then another 5 for a refund!!! Furious would be an understatement. I needed these trainers for a charity event and now I'm not even looking to be able to return and refund them on time for the event let alone order another pair!
