Review Time
It is a fake asics website very well done.Products are bad quality copies.It is waste of money if you expect the asics quality, but for those who want fake shiny copies just to show off they have asics products it is a good place to shop.I ordered 1 pair of running shoes, 1 running shorts, socks and one training trousers, all ugly fakes. For those who don't believe it go for it and when you receive the produtcs get back here and write the review 😊
Everything good. My order was processed and delivered within a few days. The shoes I ordered were new and in original packaging, nothing to complain about. Like some other reviewers here, I also was worried a little bit because of some negative reviews here on Trustpilot, but for me everything went well.
In all honesty, I was a bit put off by the reviews on here but Asics Outlet was the only place that had the shoes I wanted. I took on board that there may be a delay and a lack of communication. I got my confirmation email after a day or so. There was a tracking number which I have constantly referred to. Delivery was around 10 days and I could see where my parcel was at all times. I had my parcel delivered to a pick up point and I collected them this morning. Absolutely perfect. I haven't received any other emails so I wouldn't have known had I not been checking. I'm really pleased and would definitely order from them again.
Ok... so it was a bit slow, not the 3-5 days as stated at point of purchase...After the estimated delivery day came and went and there was still no tracking activity for the package... despite having a tracking number, I started to worry a bit, especially after reading some of the reviews here.I contacted them via email and they did reply pretty quickly saying I'd have to wait five days whilst they investigated the situation...I got an email about ten days after ordering saying the package had been traced and was now on its way...and finally the UPS tracking was active. The trainers arrived today March 31st (I placed order on 18th March) I guess coming from Germany the whole process is slower....since Brexit.... I ordered a pair in March 2020 and they arrived in about four days. Be patient and it will be worth the wait..Asics are great trainers and the outlet has good prices, really love the trainers that I got today, very happy to have finally received them.
I had to return an item but I don't have a printer to print off a returns label or the two invoices which you need to return to them. There was no invoice inside my parcel. So basically, after speaking to them on their Chat facility, the outcome is that I need to take my parcel to the UPS pick up point, hope they can print the returns label and invoices AND then put one invoice in the parcel and seal it up - do I need to take my own tape and scissors !!!!Don't know why they can't just put an invoice and return label in the parcel to start with as not everyone has access to a printer. Absolute farce - will not be ordering from them again
My sister and I both ordered shoes here in recent weeks and both of us received an email the next day that the shoes were out of stock. When I checked the website later the same day, the shoes were back in stock. I considered re-ordering but after reading the other reviews on here I don't think I'll bother. Stop wasting people's time! they should at least offer a compensation (discount/voucher) for the inconvenience.
Ordered 4 pairs of trainers on 25th November, they eventually arrived 15 days later on 10th December. They sat in a ups sorting facility for over a week without moving; response from customer service was poor when I requested help. They reiterated what I had already told them rather than offering any actual help.(13 December)I’ve now got to wait up to another 15 WORKING DAYS (3 weeks - 21 actual days) for the return to go through the UPS network and then a further 3-5 WORKING DAYS (1 week if over a weekend) for the refund. So in total they will have had my money for the best part of 2 months. The shoes themselves are great; sadly ASICS are let down by their choice of courier, their slow ineffective customer service and their extremely lengthy refund period. In short, unless you are 100% sure on the size and style of shoe you want I wouldn’t recommend using the outlet.Order date 25th November……refund finally completed 8th January
After 4 failed attempts over the last 18 months, all orders cancelled. Ordered two pairs arrived at a drop site way later than 5 days promised. But as ordered. Delivery seem disjointed, no actual email telling me they arrived. From asics uk website (aka German dispatch). Worth it for the savings???
