I totally forgot to read reviews of this website until after I ordered, when I saw the reviews I was so worried that I contemplated cancelling it but decided to give it a chance first. I have to say I'm glad I did as I received my order this morning, a week after I placed it and everything is perfect and genuine Asics products. I've received two pairs of trainers, two hoodies and two packs of trainer socks and couldn't be happier. The prices were fantastic, it doesn't bother me if they're last seasons or end of line stock and the tracking was great, I actually received them two days earlier than expected. I highly recommend this site to anyone looking for a good deal, I'll certainly order again.
So far Im not happy with their servoce, the deliver should be within 5 days when order submeted than turned to 9 days when order processed ! The tracking informtion given is not accurate and parsel didnt arive on the day promised as of now!! If it will arive at all. What the point of providing information if not accurate unless the aim to frosterat n miss lead customer! Dissaponinting
Firstly I will give this ASICS Outlet FIVE stars for how well they have disguised their website to be a genuine one. There is almost nothing to indicate that this is a FAKE website based in China. Ordered 2 pairs of trainers, price was frankly too good to be true, and as they say, it probably is! Got SCAMMED! After you create your order, there is even a tracking number from Royal Mail UK, wow, must be legit. When it arrived, was a fake Cartier ring, no shoes. When I went back to ASICS outlet website to check what's happened to my order, of course my account doesn't exist, never did! Going via my credit card (Mastercard) to try and reclaim my money. And of course, try to take action against the fake website whichever way I can.
Bought two pairs of shoes in mid-June, paid with Visa. Package arrived at customs in Stockholm and I paid SEK 80 more. But what arrived in my mailbox was a necklace worth about SEK 25!! I could follow my "shoes" all the way, but there were no shoes. Fake site - NEVER buy and pay before you receive your goods.
Would put zero stars if I could! Placed an order July 17th. Shipped and money taken July 18th. Never arrived! Apparently there was an 'unexpected logistical issue' and it was being returned to the depot. However I have to wait for them to receive the parcel for me to get a refund! NOT MY FAULT. UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Very happy with my purchases. Running shorts and socks, genuine items at reasonable price. Lost a star because when I buy from a UK web-site, so titled, I don’t expect shipment from Germany and resultant 8 day delivery (not the worst but in todays market of next day/2-3 days etc - maybe should say so on web-site, which it might just I didn’t see anything!).
I found the trainers too small. They look good quality and similar to what I tried on in the shop. But, I always wear size 5 and these are a bit short and narrow - more like a 4.5 in my opinion. I tried contacting them by chat and it was a bot who said she didn't understand me. Let's see if I get an e-mail as promised ...
I received my trainers all ok they took a week to arrive because they came from Germany. However, I needed to return them and my order number wasn’t found when I tried to go through the process. I panicked after reading the negative reviews on here of Outlet. ASICS and it being a possible scam company. Usually I check here firstly if I’m unsure but the website looks authentic so I didn’t. Later I realised that it was my error when trying to return the trainers, I had selected ASICS from a list of companies and not Asics outlet!! So my mistake. I was able to track my trainers the whole way back to destination. I also contacted ASICS and they confirmed this is their legit company and not s scam. Hope this will reassure some.
