Wish I’d read these reviews before risking a purchase… ordered trainers 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received goods… have chased and been told there’s high demand because of sale but I don’t think I bought in sale and anyway, they should make clear when ordering that delivery might be longer… the tracking info hasn’t changed in 3 days so I’m not optimistic on receiving my goods and either way, won’t get them in time… next time I’ll just travel to the outlet store and take my chances on what they have in!
Been trying to send the returns form for a refund but keep getting and error message. Tried ringing the customer service number several times and get an automated message. Email for the customer services keeps getting rejected. This been going on for a week 😡😡
The pricing is great. Products are genuine but its always a hit or a miss when it comes to delivery.last time i ordered missed an item , never shipped or returned the money instead a sorry and a 20% discount code.This time item arrived late, sent the wrong size and now to return it, The returns page does not work. Can contact them only online , and funny that the phone number is advertised on the site , when u call it just says sorry we dont take calls. Every mail gets a reply but i doubt whether they even read them, gets a very standard reply.i would be very careful next time i buy.paying 10 pounds more in the outlet store is defnitely worth than pulling your hair out waiting for the item and the hazzle afterwards.Lesson learnedThe Asics outlet store is far better. Not sure why many people got issues but I've been their customer for a yearbor two and I only had issues with 1 of my orders recently because of the new brexit regulations. That order wasn't processed for 11 days and I got automatic refund to my paypal account, 2 days later received an email frm them saying sorry and they gave me 20% off my next purchase so bought a pair of GoreTex trail runners for only £60 when the same shoes are £99 at Sportsshoes.com . Now it took them 5 days to process but within 2 days I had my trail shoes delivered from Germany. Most companies moved to Amsterdam or Germany because of Brexit like Reebok, Adidas, Nike, Under Armour and Hollister so if you don't have patience you can buy from SportsDirect where you have to pay for shipping plus your return but NOT with Asics. Shipping is free and returns also fast and free if you register on their website. So no complaints here, you have to browse every week what they have on discount and just buy it, not when you need trainers in 2 days. Btw you can download a UPS app where you can track your parcel soon as they posted so again you will see where it comes from (Germany or France)
My transaction with ASICS Outlet went smoothly. Feedback from the company kept me informed of purchase at every stage of delivery. I saved £47 on my Nimbus 22 compared to RRP - a fantastic saving of almost a third. I think the running shoe is expensive but performs brilliantly. ASIC quoted five working days for delivery and it was exactly that, and UPS courier performed equally as well with excellent tracking app. Will definitely purchase from ASICS Outlet again.
The product was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days. After 1 week there was no update on my order, I started to worry but no one answer to emails or phone. Then I was notified the shoes were shipped from Germany and arrive to Portugal 10 day after the payment..I don't recommend it, there's no costumer service.
I returned two shoes on 2nd May through UPS and contacted Customer Experience Contact Hub by filling form for the refund. I didn't receive any reply except automated confirmation message. As of today 19th May I still didn't receive any refund. Seems company/department is using customers money for their working capital. There is no customer service whatsoever. Their contact us telephone line opens from 8am UK time for 4 hours. I am on telephone line from more than 15 minutes nobody is picking up the phone. Pathetic experience.
