Last pair of ASICS after this experience

My order apparently shipped on the 28th October, it is now the 8th November and still no indication of when the shoes will be arriving. I used to be a huge ASICS fan but these will be my last pair from them. I’ll be moving completely to a brand that ticks all the right boxes - fast shoes, fast delivery, easy returns.

I oris Asics outlet a scams in April this year as shops closed due to covid . 98 sterling…

I ordered trainers in April 98 sterling paid they emailed me said not available and returning money to my account . They never did. I've sent email after email no response to my asking for my money back . I've written the 97 pounds off now . They give a no. In UK to ring but like just goes dead I live in Ireland. I'd advise anyone sgsindt using this site. I used it because it was about 50 pounds cheaper than official ssics site but now I'm almost 100 quid worse off no trainers and load if hassle. They should be reported to whoever the official ombudsman ir whatever that oversees these kind of places.

Sorry I have had to give even 1 star! The confusion starts with prices alternating between euros and sterling...should have been warned off at that point...Ordered a pair of trainers, when I was checking the order status the following day they were £11.50 cheaper. The order hadn't been processed so I sent a message to see if I could cancel and I pre-ordered at the cheaper price. Never got a response to my message but wasn't too concerned given free returns. The 5-7 days delivery was closer to 14 days but wasn't too worried as wasn't in a rush. Unfortunately, despite having 2 pairs of Asics in the size I ordered when they arrived they were too small...foolishly I then ordered the next size up...This is when the problems began...tried to process returns for the 2 pairs that were too small and kept getting a message that it couldn't be processed and to contact customer services...tried this for 3 days, tried the number for customer services but got automated message with no alternative means of contact provided. Emailed and no response. Currently sitting with 2 pairs of trainers totalling £103.50 and no way to return.Thankfully I paid using PayPal who have been fantastic but what a nightmare. No wonder they offer free returns...

Something Smells Fishy

I ordered some new trainers for my husband’s birthday and threw a tank top onto the order to qualify for free delivery. 6 days later we received notification of despatch and another email to say that “due to unforeseen circumstances” the trainers which were ordered for £40 were not available.Imagine my surprise when I looked at the website only to find the trainers are apparently in stock at £80 a pair - DOUBLE THE PRICE!Hubby has been using Asics trainers for over 30 years and this will be the last time we order anything from ASICS.The tank top, when received, will be getting, either refused delivery or returned.

NO RETURNS POSSIBLE

Every time I have an issue with a company I then look at the reviews .WHY dont I look before !!Same issue as others. Although my trainers arrived in a reasonable time they are too big and need returning. I was already expecting a cost as they are from Europe but to my surprise it was all free. Obviously this is because they dont actually allow you to return anything !! Error message every time, No response to any communication, and eventually the time will run out. Will open a dispute with my payment provider but it shouldnt be this flippin frustrating. Sort it out Asics.

Incredible that a company like this is so so so bad

Incredible that a company like this, with this kind of profile is so unbelievably bad at what it does. Stop making excuses for not delivering the products you apparently sell, what's the problem? No staff? Brexit? Other companies seem to have got it together. Stressful and so so so annoyed by the incompetence just do not use this company - go into a shop probably a better idea but even then there are much better running shoe companies who manage to communicate & (incredibly) manage to send you the product you bought. Just avoid at all costs

Appalling service; unlawful in fact!

How I wish I'd found these reviews three weeks ago! I hardly ever make on-line purchases but felt confident a well-known company like Asics wouldn't pose any issues and anyway I always check the returns policy first so how bad could it be?Order for trainers placed Tues 29th June (OUTGB33415398) but not dispatched until 6 day later (Mon 5th July) even though website specifies standard delivery of 5-7 days.Order delivered Thurs 8th July, nine days after it was placed (and here is where the real trouble begins!)I couldn't even get my feet into the trainers because of the integrated tongue; the aperture just wouldn't open wide enough. I tried several times per day for a whole week to generate the returns label but got an error message every time (over 30 attempts).Eventually, I contacted customer services on-line explaining the situation and received an automated response with a case number (956486); another week has now passed and I have had NO response!The phone-number is no use either; just automated messages.At this rate, the 30 day returns window will come and go and I will be left £66 out of pocket. Could be worse but it looks like I'll be passing the case on to Resolver or the Ombudsman in the hope my money is returned.

I ordered a shoe on 2nd July from outlet.asics.com. Their website stated standard delivery within 5-7 days. The item was dispatched on 10th July on 8th day after the initial order was placed. They provided the tracking number which showed the item remained with their carrier in Germany for more than a week. Finally I received the item after 3 weeks. The only way to contact the customer service is via the contact form on their website. The reason for 1 star is poor customer service who do not reply for almost a week and poor delivery services. They can at least state on their website approximate delivery time.

Service? What service? Phone calls go unanswered as do emails. Have been trying to obtain a return label to send a pair of trainers back as the website does not allow. Impossible! Only have a certain amount of days to do this too before returns are no longer accepted. Answer your phones Asics Outlet and reply to customer emails!
