Service continues to decline

It’s becoming increasingly worse; I won’t purchase anything if it’s being delivered by this service. We have contacted our local representative as we haven’t received any mail for over two weeks. My last two parcels, one tracked for 48 hours, took nine days, and the latest one seems to be lost. Drivers are only handling 24-hour parcels, leaving 48-hour deliveries untouched for weeks. I worked there briefly this year and the state of the company has deteriorated significantly since its buyout. The pay for delivery personnel is unjust for such a demanding job.

Delivery mishap and poor support

My signed delivery was sent to the wrong address and signed for by someone else. The photo showed a cross as a signature and a picture of the incorrect front door. Just five minutes later, when I tried to screenshot the images, I saw a message stating that the images had been deleted. The customer service line informed me that 'due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot take your call.' The customer service email bounced back. The website is a confusing maze designed to frustrate users.

Delivery confusion on my day off

The original delivery date was set for December 4th, which was ideal since it was my day off. The service sent the package earlier than expected, but the first delivery attempt was on December 1st. I received an email and responded for redelivery on December 4th, so I was confused when they attempted redelivery on December 2nd and then notified me it was ready for collection. Just as I was about to go pick it up, I received another email saying it was out for delivery. Now I’m left deciding whether to leave and risk missing it again or wait for the delivery.

Communication and reliability issues

I was supposed to receive two packages at the office this week. The first delivery attempt was made on Sunday, but no card was left, making it difficult to arrange redelivery. I managed to set up a redelivery, but it never arrived. I tried calling the local depot, but there’s only one number for the entire company, leading to long hold times and disconnections. Fortunately, the vendor was able to confirm the parcel's location, allowing me to collect it from the depot without a missed card. However, the service was supposed to be guaranteed within 24 hours, so it will be six days late by the time I collect it. The second parcel was meant to arrive today, but despite seven of us in the office being able to see the entrance, no one came. I received an email stating delivery was attempted when no one was there, which is false. They also didn’t leave a missed card. If they deliver tomorrow, it still won’t fulfill the service I paid for. I advise all businesses to consider other courier options to avoid unhappy customers.

Frequent missed deliveries

There are constant missed deliveries with no cards left. Delivery timelines are inconsistent, and there is a complete lack of meaningful support. This company should lose its royal designation for such poor service, especially in certain areas.

Service is disorganized

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. This service doesn’t deserve even one star. My parcel was scheduled for delivery on December 3rd, which I changed to December 4th. It showed as out for delivery on the app, but at 4:10 PM on the 4th, I called to inquire about the delivery time and was informed it was being held at the local depot. Changing the date by just one day has caused this issue. It was supposed to be tracked within 48 hours, so why wasn’t it delivered? This service is the worst of all delivery companies, completely useless.

Completely unacceptable

Absolutely shocking service. I received an email stating my delivery would be on December 4th, only to get another email saying they couldn't deliver and the parcel was returned to the sender. I confirmed my address with the sender, so there was no reason for the failed delivery. Now I’ve lost a much-anticipated Christmas gift and must wait for a refund to reorder!

Frustrating delivery procedures

The online tracking states 'Delivery attempted. Use the reference number on the card to arrange a different delivery day.' The issue is, I never received a card, no reference, and no parcel. This situation is pointless. It would be easier to purchase items and simply discard them.
