Frequent missed deliveries

There are constant missed deliveries with no cards left. Delivery timelines are inconsistent, and there is a complete lack of meaningful support. This company should lose its royal designation for such poor service, especially in certain areas.

Worst delivery service

This is the worst delivery company I’ve encountered since another poorly rated service. They fail to scan items consistently, leaving you in the dark about arrival times. They lose parcels frequently. Avoid them if you have important deliveries, as their service is both unreliable and costly.

Completely useless

Completely useless. Make you wait all day because they can't implement accurate tracking then fail to turn up and extend the delivery window to days!Quite often I'll have a knock on the door and the tracking info will still say the package hasn't moved. Then later it'll say "out for delivery". What's the point in having tracking if it doesn't work? Complete shambles of a company. The poor workers do the best they can I'm sure, but it needs changing from the top down IMO.

Delivery Today...only just!

I have been keeping track of a small package which RM Parcelforce said would be delivered today.Estimated time was early to mid afternoon but that came and went.Then it was due between 3:40pm and 6:30pm but that came and went.They then said 6:30pm to 8:05pm on the live tracking, less than 50 stops away.Now the times have disappeared altogether with just the message "Your parcel is expected to arrive today."So my guess is it isn't getting here today.Been fed a pile of rubbish for hours by this bunch of inept fools.I could have been doing better things with my time than being let down by RM.It seems RM feel it is OK to mess people about.Royal Mail Tracked 48 should read Royal Mail Tracked Delivered... when we can be bothered!Edit:8.06pm. Package just turned up.The tracking was still all over the show as I was watching it as it arrived and tracking didn't even show the delivery person in my area and no time as to when.From early afternoon to mid evening, a seven hour difference is appalling.The Royal Mail is without doubt the most useless delivery company in the UK and if I were King Charles I'd insist they drop the Royal from their name as they are an embarrassment.When will these delivery companies deliver at the time they say they are going to on their tracking?When is OFCOM going to start bringing these pathetic companies into line?

Failed delivery

You said you tried to deliver a parcel on Monday 1st december but I missed it. You didn't even attempt my delivery. Said you would try again 2nd December, but nothing. Today 3rd December you say (when I check tracking) I missed delivery again. So many people are saying the same thing, you are failing to deliver our parcels on time and making out it is our fault. No missed card in the post and cannot even rediliver as I can't access it as no calling card.Twice I managed the assistant to email and nobody has got back to me and now you've stopped people getting in touch with you. Tried phone today but just rings then cuts off.

Useless

They failed to deliver three days in a row. On day we were in all day and claim to have delivered report we were out. Then at our request they attempted to deliver to a local post office … which they claimed was not open on both occasions….lies lies and more lies

Apparantly Tracked 48 neither means…

Apparantly Tracked 48 neither means delivered in 48 hours nor tracked. Recent packages have all taken in excess of 5 days to be delivered. In fact I recieved a 2nd class package quicker than two recent "tracked 48" packages and its not even close to Christmas yet. How this car crash of a company is still in business (and still allowed to carry the "Royal" designation) is beyond me. Utterly useless.

Awful awful awful

The tracking system for this company is ridiculously awful. First of all I had a text saying my parcel would be delivered on Sunday 30th November. It didn’t arrive. I then got another text saying it would be delivered Monday 1st December and again it didn’t. It was finally delivered today Tuesday 2nd November and just left at the door

Well I'd give 000 stars if I could I no longer buy anything online if its delivered by RM nor do I use it for sending anything Absolutely uselessA disgrace Royal Mail a joke and not a funny one Don't turn up. The tracking system is appalling and I am not down loading the wretched app !! Waited in and they didn't show

I have to agree with all the negative…

I have to agree with all the negative comments here!! Totally rubbish at delivering parcels! Sick to death of the lies, ie we tried to deliver, no you didn’t! I paid over £14 for special next day delivery on one item… wasn’t delivered and message on tracking… we have been asked not to deliver today!! Lie …. @Boots. Please stop using them as I now have no idea where my order is/has gone!! Absolutely ridiculous service
