Complete failure to meet and greet at Heathrow…

We booked a meet and greet at Heathrow T3 for 6am. When we called to be met we were told T3 was too busy and we had to drive out of the airport to a Holiday Inn to park the car. We were then so late we had to take an Uber to T3. We messaged ParkDock prior to our return to insist they met us as per our agreement and they confirmed they would. Once we collected the luggage we rang as arranged to be told to meet them at the drop off zone. We refused and said we had paid for meet and greet. Eventually the car arrived but we had to take the driver back to the Holiday Inn. When we got home there was a Penalty Notice to say our car had been used at T4 when we were on a plane at T3. Pretty sure using our car is illegal. We contacted ParkDock who said they would pay the fine but they have not done this so we have had to appeal the fine. Do not use this company, they are useless and their attitude stinks when you talk to them.

Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Company!

We are very disappointed with this company. The parking location is hard to find, with no clear signs or proper directions, which causes unnecessary stress if you are rushing for a flight. They charge £6 per person (not per car), and you are required to leave your car key with them, which does not feel safe.On our return, although we called in advance as instructed, we had to wait more than 2 hours without any answer to our phone calls. Even worse, they drove our personal car to the airport without our permission, and then charged us an additional £8.Unprofessional and unacceptable service — we will never use them again and strongly advise others to avoid this company.

DO NOT USE! Paid for meet and greet at Heathrow, when we called 30 mins before arriving we were told to go to the Holiday Inn and someone would drop us at T3. That’s when we were hit with a £12 “administration” charge, in cash of course. Arriving back at Heathrow, called them to deliver the car and they wanted me to get a shuttle back to the Holiday Inn. Many phone calls later eventually got the car back and had to pay to get out of T3 car park. Total shysters!Just to add, I suspect all/most of the 5 star reviews for this company are not genuine as they all lack the level of detail the 1star reviews contain

Please do not use this company as they very unprofessional. Our car was used whilst we were on holiday without our consent. They caused damage to our car. Our care was driven on 8 different days and all hours of the day. When we got home we found 9 tickets of Penalty charges for ULEZ and also parking tickets. When we raised the issue with the company we got no help and have still not received any answers to any of our questions. We have now reported this to the Police as we do not know what our car was used for. What a horrible company I would recommend not to use them at all.

I PAYED VIA PAYPAL WHICH WHEN GOOGLED IS SUPPOSED TO BE A HOUSE CLEANING SERVICE.ARRIVED AT HOLIDAY INN LONDON DROPPED CAR OFF LEFT MY CAR KEY. DRIVEN TO HEATHROW TERMINAL 5 BY A GUY WHO CLEARLY DIDNT HAVE A DRIVING LICENCE, IN HIS OWN CARCONSTANTLY ON HIS PHONE COULD BARELY SPEAK A WORD OF ENGLISH. WAS CHARGED ANOTHER EXTRA 10 POUNDS FOR THIS SERVICE.COLLECTED 1 HR LATE FROM AIRPORT AND SEVERAL PHONE CALLS LATERARRIVED TO GET MY CAR TO SEE 50 PLUS CARS BUMPER TO BUMPERHOW SHOCKED I WAS TO SEE THAT ALL THESE KEYS FOR THE CARS ARE LEFT IN THE BOOT OF I CAR TOOK THEM 1 HOUR TO FIND MY CAR KEY WHEN THEY EVENTUALLY FOUND MY CAR KEY I WENT TO DRIVE HOME TO FIND MY CAR HAS CLEARLY BEEN USED ONE OF THERE PHONE CHARGES LEFT PLUGGED IN AND 6 MILES ADDED ONTO MY MILEAGE. THESE GUYS ARE 100% OPERATING AN ILLEGAL BUISNESS DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL AND REPORT TO RELEVANT SERVICES THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE DONE BY THEMSELVES. SO BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

Never use this

Never use this, I had to use their services because the official parking lot was full, the car was returned to me an hour and a half after arrival, there was an unpleasant smell in it, my personal belongings disappeared, the meter had a mileage of 30 miles, although it was 3 miles from the terminal to the parking lot.
