Not recommended. Use a proper parking service, not third world managed. The parking is overcrowded, all the cars are crammed in. Your car key is taken and hopefully they find a space for it. It took me 2.5 hours to get my car back and my window was left wide open, got wet. They call it shuttle, collection and drop off at the airport for 15 pounds but it is not efficient, 2.5 to get my car.
You must not use these people.Basically they are not trustworthy. I paid £100 , did not use their service and still no refund. Had a call from them on the day saying their parking area was on fire and to find somewhere else.Asked for refund now 3 times and nothing coming back, not even a message.
After two weeks came back from kenya i find my car on the time and same condition. As well before using this company i was allready used three companies 4 Heathrow and luton airport parking but according to price this company was cheaper as compare another companies there was no hidden charges. I definitely recommend parkdock.
Do not use this company, I left my car there in October came back and collected all fine, then I received a parking fine from where they had parked my car on a street around the corner in a restricted parking bay, they gave the car back without mentioning this, when the fine came through with photos it had the sticker on the windshield so they had removed this and not told us, I contacted them and they denied knowing anything about it, once I sent evidence they said they would sort it out but that is the last correspondence we got from them, now they ignore the phone and any messages we have sent them, so have had to sort the £140 fine ourselves, Steer clear
Very poor service, unprofessional and slightly rude. I didn't read the reviews prior to booking (my fault) so it's on me for booking a cheap company. Waited 1hr 20 min for pick up (after a 14hr flight) with a 3hr drive ahead of me. not cool and, they charges me an extra £20 before they took me to the airport saying "it was stated in the email we sent you" total scam, you have to pay it otherwise you'll miss your flight. Took me to the airport in a beat up small car that was filthy and picked me up in an old van (I think it was a buddy they asked to come and collect me) stunk like cigarettes and had trash all over the floor. What a joke of a company.Avoid at all cost.
Terrible. We parked with these in September. We rang to say that we was near Heathrow and the phone was answered by a female with noise of children playing in the background. Directed to a man who could not seem to understand that we would be arriving at Heathrow Terminal 3 as agreed but he kept saying go to the Holiday Inn. He finally arrived at terminal 3, he was not in uniform and looked unkempt. Showed him the car which he didn’t know how to drive because it was keyless and we had to show him. On our return it was a disaster they were 2 hours late, no fun after a 14hr flight! The driver was supposed to deliver ur car to the terminal but instead turned up in a family car that had crisps and biscuit crumbs all over the back seat floor. Everytime we rang him he said he was 10-15 mins away which turned out not to be true. He took us to the Holiday Inn to collect the car which was pinned in behind cars just strewn across its front, rubbish everywhere, no security lights and cars parked randomly. It looks as if they have purchased a piece of rough land at the side of the hotel. We have since written and asked for a refund but have received no reply. I wouldn’t touch these with a bargpole.
Booked meet and greet !!! Ended up being told to go to holiday inn for meet and greet at 6 am then had to pay to get out of airport car park 3 times as went into terminal , paid driver for drop off fee on arrival and departure which was in our fee of meet and greet . Then received fine from Park Mavern £100 . We were not even in country when ticket was issued . Our e mails to park doc are not bing delivered . What a shambles of company . On NO account use Park doc .Spoke to a lovely guy from Park Mavern who issued fine ,sorted this out for us .
very dodgy company I parked my car in August and when I came my bonnet was damaged with some corrosive material.they wouldn’t accept it and remained very u professional. I had to go to the court . They still haven’t responded to the court so. far avoid avoid avoid!!!!
Do NOT use at any cost - they are an absolute nightmare. The whole experience was so stressful. I called ahead to let them know we were nearly at the airport. We paid extra for meet and greet- what a joke! No-one was waiting to collect our car - we waited 45 mins and made several phone calls - eventually someone turned up and we had to hand over our car to some scruffy youth without being given any paper work whatsoever - totally unprofessional. We were very worried but had no choice but to let him take the car. When we returned from our holiday no surprise - no-one was at the airport with our car even though I had called them when we collected our luggage. After several phone calls and an hours wait someone eventually turned up in a people carrier - not our car! They took us to the car park at the Holiday Inn (so much for meet & greet). It was a total shambles - there were so many cars crammed into a tiny space and a couple of staff running around like headless chickens. How they get away with this joke of a business is beyond me. They cannot cope with all the cars and journeys to and from the airport. We were so relieved to get out of there - and felt very lucky our car was not damaged. Never ever again - wish I had read these reviews before booking. Just pay more for piece of mind. AVOID!
