You have been warned

This company offered me a refund to keep my story quiet but £54 is worth losing to prevent them abusing others. I paid upfront for safe parking and free shuttle to terminal, but they used a customers car to drop us to terminal and asked for additional drop off charges. On returning i got an earlier flight back and found others had been waiting almost 2 hours for their lift back to car so I made my own way back to the parking base. I phoned while I was there and was told they would upgrade my package to meet n greet and drop my car to terminal and I only need to pay additional drop off charge. I said NO. They said driver is already on way. I said I did not agree or request that plus why pay more as I am here. I then saw my car being loaded with luggage and passengers..... short story fumed , got keys and all out my car. Poor embarrassed passengers. See, they charge to drop them off at departures and charge driver for bringing car to arrivals. Their driver said its the norm. NEVER AGAIN!

This company has cost me so much

This company has cost me so much , do not use , leave well alone, turned up at terminal 5 early do we could relax at the airport , had to wait 2 hours until the car was picked up and also had to pay the parking, on return I rang up while collecting baggage, they said 1 hour max wait so we had a coffee, no, 2 1/2 hours later and numerous calls, and again had to pay the parking , and to round it all off , just got an ULEZ bill as the car was parked outside the zone , so in the end this parking cost me over £300 , a warning. Don't go for a cheaper option , absolutely disgusting company, stay away

Awful company

I've booked a park and ride,as we didn't want to leave our car keys with anyone. On the day of our parking, after I've called the company, I was told that we need to meet the driver in the short-term car park which costed an extra £7.50 which we had to pay. I was not happy. On our return, following the instructions, I've called them after collecting our luggage. We then had to wait 40 minutes for our car to be brought back to us. The driver gave us the keys and disappeared in a second. We noticed that all of our changes and vapes were stolen from our car. 2 weeks on and still fighting for some sort of responsibility from the company. No one calls me back. Costumer service is horrible. I'll definitely take this matter further.

AVOID

We had a reservation for Park and Ride from 30th August, 4:00 AM until 9th September. Following the instructions, I started texting and calling from 3:45 AM — no answer. When we arrived at the parking, I tried calling again and again.Luckily, the hotel security noticed us and explained that if it was Park Doc parking, we shouldn’t be surprised — “they are never here.” He advised us to leave the car behind the building. Then we realised there was no transfer, so we had to take an Uber (£16.91).At 5:00 AM, just as we passed security, I finally received a text message: “Where are you?” I called to explain that we had already tried contacting them with no reply, so we had no choice but to leave the car and head to the airport — obviously with the car keys still with us.On our return, I texted again once we had collected our luggage — no answer, so I had to call. A lady told me the transfer would pick us up in 40 minutes. A few minutes later, she called back to say that nobody would be coming, and we would have to make our own way to the car park. That meant another £25 Uber. When I contacted Customer Service, the only polite word I heard was “hello” — no apologies, no “please” or “thank you.” They refused to provide a full refund, but at least agreed to cover the Uber fares. So, for the service we paid for, we received absolutely nothing! (Still waiting for the hotel parking tickets.)

NEVER USE THIS SERVICE (I got a parking…

NEVER USE THIS SERVICE (I got a parking fine)AWFUL SERVICE and PARKING FINE included.I’ve given 2 stars purely based on the drop off, I arrived at the car park and only waited 5 min for the return to Heathrow airport, that’s as good as it gets!On arrival back at Heathrow I called to advise we were ready for collection, was told would be 15min. I asked where the best place to wait was as I was conscious that trying to find a driver in a very busy airport might be difficult. Was told to go to short stay level 3 car park. When we arrived there I thought it strange as there was no pickup or drop off point just car parking. I called again to clarify and was told it was level 4 departures is where we needed to be.After 30 min I called to see if driver had arrived, although I did keep asking random drivers, was told he was on way. 45 min still no sign of driver, called back and was given drivers mobile, called driver said he’d be 3-5 minutes, 60 min of waiting still no driver.Called the office and asked them to speak to driver whilst I waited, was told traffic an issue (nothing showing on Waze).75min another phone call was told my car was being bought too me and it wasn’t a pick up vehicle. 90 min driver arrived, no apology, just laughed as he got out. When I arrived home and took the key out of the ignition it was badly damaged and the cover was gone and unlock buttons removed showing chip inside £100 to replace.A week later received a ticket for “use of drop off zone without making a valid payment” I have contacted the company on several occasions to obtain a refund (which would still leave me £160 put of pocket) to no avail. I have had to pay the fine to get the lower rate otherwise £200 out of pocket!I suppose it’s lesson learned, to read reviews in the future! Avoid at all costs!!

PCN and stolen device

Edit: we have now also received a PCN for £140 when my car was left on parking with this company. The car was left on a random street in West Drayton. I doubt there are any leased parking spaces at a hotel as they claim. I will report them for fraudWe booked the meet and greet service. The booking process was straightforward and the guy arrived within 15 mins. However I paid for the car wash add on and the car wasn’t washed. In fact it was a lot dirtier than how we left it. And to top it off, we had a phone connect device in the car (RRP £80) which was stolen. Upon raising these 2 issues with the staff they stopped responding to all attempts to contact them. I wouldn’t trust my car with them again

Booked a spot with Parkdock for my flight from LHR

Booked a spot with Parkdock for my flight at 10.10 am. They sent me an email saying they'd get me from the hotel to the airport in 15-20 minutes. Great. Planned accordingly. The shuttle ended up taking slightly over an hour to get to the airport! Luckily my flight was delayed or I would have missed it. Sent them a text but got no reply.Returned a week later and called their number. They told me they'd bring my car to me. Great. They arrive at the airport and the guy hops out of the car and presents me with a crumpled up parking slip. I had to pay £7 to get my car out of the parking lot. They never told me about this ahead of time so it was an unexpected expense.

Horrendous experience and not worth the stress!

We booked this car parkas it was much cheaper than the official parking...but the reason for this quickly became apparent. We called 20-30 mins ahead, as instructed, on our arrival and we were told that "my brother will call you back". No one called us back and time was passing by so we called back as we were a party of 7 and were going to miss our flight. He kept hanging up on us. We eventually found car park C at the holiday inn, where we met someone from Park Dock, although no ID or hi-viz to identify him. We noted another customers car was being driven erratically up onto the curb, scraping the bottom of the car.We eventually parked up and handed over the keys after 1.5 hours. The transfer to the airport was poor and we were told that a second driver would come and take us to the terminal. The driver who picked us up said there wasn't another driver, he was the only driver. We eventually caught our flight after much stress.Once on holiday, I tracked my car but found that the tracker was "Offline". This has never happened before, so i contacted Park Dock on Whatsapp and asked them to send me a photo of my car. They said they would but I still do not have a photo. After landing back home, we called before going through security but by the time we had collected luggage and got to the meet and greet point, the cars were not there. I tracked the car (which had now come back online) but it had note moved. Eventually, the cars arrived at the meet and greet point. One was parked in a space but the driver of the second car tried to abandon the car in the middle of the car park and tried to give the keys to my wife. We asked them to park it up as we could not get all the luggage kids in the car, in the middle of the car park. The driver drove it erratically and abandoned it diagonally in a parking space. Again, we were waiting nearly up to 2 hours for the cars to arrive. I will never use this company ever again. They lie to you all the time, they do not communicate with you and my experienced causes so much anxiety it impacted on my holiday. Also, because you leave your keys with them, it would void your insurance and they did not provide any evidence of insurance that they advertise on their website. They did not check our identity when dropping off the car. They disconnected my dashcam when they moved the car and the location where it was stored was not secure (as advertised). This is a shambles of a company and I would avoid them like the plague! SCAM SCAM SCAM
