They texted me 10 minutes before reaching the terminal, instructing me to park in a hotel car park. I had paid for a meet and greet, so I followed the website's directions. I waited an hour in the cold for someone to pick up my car after multiple calls. It could have been anyone, with no paperwork. On return, I had to remind them again about the meet and greet service, fortunately, my car was fine, but I was anxious about what I had subjected myself to while away.
Do not use this service. They accept bookings outside their actual hours of operation, nearly making us miss our flight. We paid for meet and greet, but upon arrival, we were told to drive to their yard. There were hidden costs during drop-off and pick-up, leaving us waiting in the cold for an hour upon our return. There was no meet and greet service as promised.
I cancelled my booking and requested a refund of £83 on 23rd Nov 2025, was told 4 days to process but still nothing as of today 5th December 2025. These are not professional business and should be reported to police and financial ombudsman. Please do not use this service, they are not dependable or credible
The location was convenient, the pricing was fair, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. It’s clear they take pride in providing a great customer experience. I’ll definitely be using their services again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, stress-free parking!
Awful service from start to finish. I booked them as I was going away for 9weeks. I am absolutely disgusted in the service from the moment I was half an hour away from Heathrow all the way to this day. The day I was flying out I called ahead to inform of my arrival to then received two calls after which where very rude no hello, just where are you hurry up. When arriving the guy was very rude and told me to hurry up and he could clearly see I had a 4yr old and a 4month old and a lot of luggage. Before returning I contacted to amend my arrival time but got no reply, I amended it on the system but wasn’t showing up. On arrival I called ahead of time as stated and having booked the meet and greet service expecting my car to be delivered. A guy called me and told me to my surprise it was not my car and he told me to get in the car and we will be taken to my car. I called and said where is my car and was spoken to very rudely and was told to get in the car and get over myself. I said no as I booked meet and greet, also not comfortable with getting into CLEARLY a customers car, especially when needing car seats. I waited an over an hour for my car, and when it was delivered the guy parked in the middle of the road in the carpark. I then looked at my car and noticed that my car has been used. My dashcam had be disabled, bags from the front seat moved, miles put on my car and diesel gone. Knowing that the location miles to and from the airport it extremely evident that my car was used. Which is breaking the policies and regulations. I have also received a parking charge, that my car was being used, I was still flying at the time this ticket has been issued.
Dropped car at holiday in heathrow, Oct 31 25. Waiting for Pick up 16th Nov, pick up 45 mins over agreed time, car was covered in mud and filled with mud both sides . Seating dirty, obviously driven around fields. Seat belt tension broken, scratch on passengers door.Checked my tracker the car had been used on 5 days while I was away for 22 miles a d broken speed limit 14 occasions. Contacted parkdock no reply after 5 days Please don’t use these cowboys. Ive now Contacted consumer advice and various media outlets to see how many people there doing this to .
Avoid at all costs – they failed to register my car and I was hit with a £170 fineI booked Heathrow meet and greet parking through ParkDock and paid in full. A month later I received a £170 debt recovery notice because ParkDock never registered my vehicle with the parking operator. The parking operator confirmed the issue was entirely on ParkDock’s side. ParkDock then gave me a random mobile number and told me to “just message them” to fix it. Completely unprofessional. When I called the number, I was told clearly that ParkDock caused the problem, ParkDock must resolve it, and I should not be paying anything. Yet ParkDock continued trying to push the responsibility onto me.I paid for a simple service. They failed to deliver it, and their mistake triggered a debt collection letter. Instead of fixing their error, they tried to make me chase around on WhatsApp numbers. This has been stressful, time-wasting, and completely avoidable. If you value your time and money, do not use ParkDock.
I highly recommend never using this service. To begin with, the customer service from this company couldn't be worse; regardless of whether you follow their recommendations or not, the service is TERRIBLE. To start, when I went to leave my car at Terminal 5, I contacted the company and informed them of my arrival time, arriving 5 minutes early. When the driver who came to collect my car (50 minutes after the scheduled time) told me I had to pay for parking (which cost me £11.50), I thought it was absurd because I had already paid for parking, but I paid anyway because I had a flight to catch and couldn't be late any longer. On my return, my experience with this company was even worse. I contacted the company as soon as I went through passport control, and they asked how many people were in our group and said they would send a driver to pick us up.I was tired and didn't pay much attention when he said he would be sending a driver to pick us up at Terminal 5, as I had paid extra to have my car delivered to the airport. My flight arrived at 6:30 am and the first driver (that's right, they sent two drivers) only arrived around 8 am, saying he would only take one person to where my car was and another driver would arrive in 5 minutes to pick up the rest of my family. When I questioned the driver about why he didn't bring my car to me as I had paid, he said that unfortunately he couldn't do anything because he was doing a favor for a friend. Then he took my daughter and son-in-law to a free Holiday Inn parking lot about 4 miles from the airport to pick up the car, and I had to wait for more than 30 minutes and make many more calls to this crooked company to find out where the second driver was, having to beg for an address or contact number to file a complaint, but the only answer I got was that the driver was on his way and they hung up.In short, my daughter returned from the Holiday Inn parking lot before the second driver to pick us up at the airport. My car was covered in dirt inside, the wheels were all dirty with dirt too, and someone had driven my car for 34 miles (I photographed the dashboard when I handed over my car and then when my daughter picked it up). My phone charger, which had been left in the car, was missing. While I was taking pictures of my car, the second driver arrived to pick me up and take me to where my car was supposed to be (a very friendly and polite driver). He told me that a friend had just called him asking him to do a favor by picking up some people at the airport and taking them to the hotel. What a terrible company this is! I already know I won't get a refund for the service I paid for, but I feel obligated to inform you to be careful with this company. I still don't understand how companies like Holiday Inn and Heathrow allow people to associate their image with a company like that.
