Well let’s start with the website and wait

Well let’s start with the website. Nice, easy to navigate and place order’s. Now ordering part? Nice, easy to spend your money and order the part or parts you have placed in the wagon at some rather welcome cost savings! Now the tricky part. If you want it shipped via someone, let’s say UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS. You don’t get a choice here and if you leave a message as it suggests you can to make requests on shipment, you may not get any response and the shipment will default to USPS. Now shipping is free?! Not always. If you live in the 48 states that are connected…… maybe if not then you will need to pay for shipping. Remember shipping defaults to USPS. If you are in the other 2 locations of the USA that is not included in free shipping. You really need to call them to pay for it to be shipped or it will not be. So please call them and pay the shipping. I did request that the shipping be sent any way except USPS but I was at that time insured that USPS was going to be fine and quick. I then payed the shipping cost on the first of the following month ( ordered on the 30th ) because I had noticed after checking on my order that it had not moved yet. So I called. Thank goodness they still have humans that answer the phone at PartsZilla ( and be nice people it is not their fault). So here comes the fun part. The wait and the wait and the wait. Now wait a minute more, a day or three or a week or two? Wait! What is going on here! Lol! Called USPS and no surprise no human. USPS website to track package and get information. Good luck with that. Placed request ( I have 6 requests with usps and still nothing. Some are months old requests) to find out where my package is and why it is stuck in one place from the 9th to the 19th and counting. So no response by usps. Not a surprise. Started a text chat with PartsZilla. Got a response!!!! Wow!! Wait, is it human? YES it is!!!! Working with human for over a week up until the 19th!!! Then boom!!! Human says….. We gona send out a new one shipped the way you like. Not USPS!!! So now, I wait again. Agreed to send first shipment back IF it ever gets here. Explained to PartsZilla rep that I do sometimes get the lost shipment in pieces or just the empty crushed box with a stick note on it from USPS with “WE CARE” on it!! Has anyone else ever seen this sticky note thing that says we care on it? Anyway I will send back what ever shows up to who ever it belongs to. 9 times out of 10 it is a total loss. So now I wait. Thank you PartsZilla for working this part out. So now we wait. At least the cost of parts is less then some but, now we wait. Hope I can make a final conclusion on this story……but for now I wait. Remember everyone…..be a good human …… and wait. Lol until next time ( I hope not ) ALOHA!!!! PS. Hope to give a better rating. If the part ordered gets here and is in good repair. Yet again bad shipment should not reflect upon PartsZilla. PartsZilla has done their part. No puns intended. Now I wait. (A few moments later.) I guess I can edit it after I post it. How nice aaannddd now……I wait.Still I wait July 21, 2025. This was added because Trustpilot says:“ TrustpilotHi HPPDEMON,You’ve written a review for Partzilla.com, and they’ve asked for more details to better understand your experience.If you provide some extra information within 3 days, it’ll help them recognize your experience and respond.Add review detailsIf we don’t hear from you, the company may not be able to recognize your review as genuine.”So is this human enough? And yes I wait. (A few moments later) Also what more information is needed here? Lol, that would have been really nice to know. Hell I thought this thing was to long already. Don’t you?……… and wait. (A few moments later) wow I guess trustpilot does not like complete reviews of itself. I just tried to review them because they sent me here to add more stuff and they did not like that and refused to post my response to them about what I have had to add to this post review that’s got nothing to do with PartsZilla lmao wow. Monday July 21, 2025Still waiting. Shipment is in motion. UPS has the package. (10hrs or so later) Just got a message from PartZilla saying that my package was just shipped NOW?! Really? It is 22:35 my time. So now it wasn’t shipped on the 19th it was really shipped on the 21st. Remember I ordered this on the 30th of June 2025. Now go to sleep, it is easier to wait this way. July 22, 2025I just received this from trustpilot:“TrustpilotHi HPPDEMON,Partzilla.com recently sent you a request to update your review.You have 2 days to respond to their request.Note that the business may choose to flag your review for further investigation if the issue isn’t resolved.”This is the second notice of this (2out of 3). What does it mean? Who knows. Also it was PartZilla.com that ask me to do this via text. No more text characters left to make updates. Out of space out of time. Now I wait..

3 day shipping is as fast as regular shipping don't pay extra

I would say overall good place to get parts however they don't get the concept of three business day I ordered a part on Saturday I understand they are closed Saturday and Sunday but I payed three day shipping on the third day it was still in Tennessee and they first tried telling me that it hasn't been three business days until I counted the weekdays then she agreed that was three business days and gave a refund for the shipping I shouldn't have to name the days and how many it is for you to agree
