I stumbled upon Pelsbarn on Instagram and I was intrigued as I was just thinking how uncomfortable it is for my dog to lie on the plastic seat cover in the back of the car. So I impulsively ordered 1! Well, it just arrived and I couldn’t get Bodie off of it! Soon I understood why… I ran my fingers through it and it felt so luxuriously soft on the skin! I’d want one too! As for customer service, it was equally top notch! I was regularly updated on the status of the shipment. Such a pleasure dealing with Pelsbarn!!!!
Everything about our customer experience with Pelsbarn was amazing! From the ordering process to them answering questions we had, to the product arriving packaged so well, to the quality and beautiful aesthetic of the product! Miss Shauni loves her orthopedic Pelsbarn bed and has much more ease getting in and out from it than the bed she has! I will definitely be ordering from them again. #highlyrecommended !!
We ordered a Pelsbarn comforting car seat for our one year old whippet who is very anxious travelling in the car and subsequently very car sick. We tried back seat hammocks, a crate and putting his own bed in the car. Even cuddles and human contact on journeys didn't help. On first use of his new bed on the front passenger seat, Finn snuggled down and was so relaxed and at ease. In just two uses, this bed has transformed his experience; no more drooling, being sick and looking sad. A beautifully soft and snuggly fabric and a simple yet very effective design. For Finn, this bed has been a little miracle worker. Thank you!
I am kicking myself for not reading the reviews. No return on sale items! Ridiculous. The guarantee is all over their website!. 1. The design for the dog car seat is faulty in that you cannot anchor the dog bed to a back seat only a front seat where no dog can travel legally or safely in Australia. 2. The medium sized bed does not fit a medium dog, way too small. 3. The base is super thin and not padded 4.I have sent 2 emails and the bot replies asking me to send a video of the fault. Its your design thats rubbish .. no gap to pass the seat belt through so cannot anchor the bed for safety over a traveling distance which is why i bought it. So disappointed with this purchase. The sale is a scam. So many bad reviews with the same complaint. Refund the purchase and do the right thing for your customers. If it wasn't too small i could have adjusted the other issues. This is useless to me and my dog. I can’t give it away.
