I love this product and so does my dog Ester. I ordered the Pelsbarn Protecting Car Bed. Ester sits in the back seat with a seatbelt. She lays on this bed and goes right to sleep. She is comfortable and safe!I also love that Pelsbarn gives back to the shelters. Tiffany
I did not realize that this car bed was a sale. Seriously? It came with no instructions. I have fastened it to my leather car seats. It slides all over nothing holds the seat in place. The dog tries to look out the window and has to climb over it, and it becomes totally bunched up, and then the dog cannot lay in it, I have all the pieces of the puzzle to return to them. The dog never used it obviously, but they are saying it was on sale and there are no returns. It’s not a good product, and it’s not a good policy.
Ordered a car seat cover and when I finally received it I realized it was too small. I reached out to the company and asked what the procedure was for a seat that was to small and was told in a brief reply that I can’t return or exchange it for the correct size because it was on sale. All the car seats have been on sale all the time. I’ve never seen them not on sale. I would have expected at least an exchange. Very very disappointed and for 80$ I am now stuck with something I can’t use. Buyer beware!
The car seat is amazing! My dog is so anxious in the car, even the shortest journey leaves her panting and heart racing. She’s not cured but significantly better, particularly if I can keep her lying down in her new seat, which she adopted in the house, very happily. Have high hopes for more relaxing car rides in the future!
I received car seat and sofa cover/bed. The fabric sheds and smells terribly. I have it all airing outside to try to remove odors. I called the 800 number but there is no one there to take calls. I’m sure their chat is just AI but will also try it. Giving low marks for smell. Shedding, and lack of person to talk too. Right now I’m thinking this is online company working out of a garage.
The bed is super thin and doesn't stay anchored to the seat. During travel if the dog moves at all the whole bed slides down. I'm pretty disappointed after spending so much money to get the car bed and blanket. Even the blanket is ridiculously thin. I was expecting alot better quality.
