I found the dog car seat exactly like I wanted. I placed my order, the car seat arrived on time, and it was exactly as described/pictured!! My puppy snuggled in the car seat and had a safe and calm 300 mile ride. Also, the price was very reasonable.
Terrible quality. I wish I had read reviews before buying this cheaply made product. I saw a 30 day money back guarantee and thought it was safe to buy this product. If the company is in California why did this package come from China? Fairly certain I have a bot responding to me as they keep asking for photos of the damaged areas or where the quality is poor. Requested a refund the day I received it, they are so busy it took days to get the response that there are no refunds on sale items but it’s always on sale. DO NOT BUY. It’s absolute junk.
This was my first time doing a big order on the computer. So I had some questions along with my order and the staff was very good in getting back to me quickly and answering all my concerns. When the things I ordered came I was not disappointed. I bought a bed, car bed, harness, nail trim set, a lic mat, and the carrot game. Everything has been of high quality and did exactly what I wanted it to do. My dog really likes them all. I would not hesitate to buy more from Pelsbarn. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
1. this is a car seat cover for a dog! As we all know, dogs have extremely sensitive olfactory senses. The thing has an extreme chemical smell- after unboxing we had it for thirty minutes in our room and when we returned, the whole room didn’t just smell- it stank. Not just a bit. It was extreme. The smell was everywhere. The humans got a headache and nausea from it. The dog refused to even enter the room! I bought many dog beds and similar products before. We never experienced something like this before.2. someone already mentioned it in his or her review . They advertise their special offer and say „try w/o risk“. Then they say, deals are excluded from returns - which is buried somewhere deep in their legal files. Making sure it is unlikely anyone sees it. I have been scammed by them. Extremely bad product, which we can not use, probably it is even a health hazard. And intentionally misguiding advertising and sales practices. Bad experience.
I received a Pelsbarn car bed for Christmas. After careful consideration, I decided it wasn't going to work out for my dog's use. I reached out to the company and was told I could not return the bed because it was purchased on sale. When I looked up their website, they advertised "test it today, risk free". The only way for a consumer to see that Sale items are excluded is if you dig really deep to find the hidden asterisk that states they don't refund sale item. Of course, their refund policy contradicts their sales advertising. This company scams the consumer. I don’t recommend doing business with them.
