very poor level of service

The installation was scheduled for 30 March; however, no technician attended on that date. I remained at home for the entire day and did not receive any call or notification from Pod Point regarding the missed appointment. When I contacted customer support, my calls were repeatedly transferred to departments where no one was available to assist. Overall, this reflects a very poor level of service.

POD point fitted

Engineer came on time. Very helpful and put pod where we wanted it (which was slightly different to where we originally said). Made sure he cleaned up after install. Seems to be working (car charged last night)

as i write this review

as i write this review, i have been holding for nearly and hour to find out where the installer is, they were meant to be to me for 9.15am and its now 13.27pm with no clue what's going on. They also moved my installation date two days before it was scheduled as the photo of the meter i took wasn't sufficient. The photos i sent them 12 days before so why did it take them 12 days to realise the photos weren't right, shocking I'm still holding!!!!!!! AVOID
