Easy on line to book appointment - difficult if you have any questions but I used the chat and was able to get replies by e mail to my queries.Fitter was lovely, very polite, understanding with my dog and removed shoes if he came in the house.He also explained the features of the pod and the app.Overall great experience & would recommend
Recently installed solar panels and rang the pod point staff as my home charger was no longer working. Spoke to Rhiza who was very helpful & reassuring. She downloaded an update & after a 15 minute phone call it is all working fine.
I want to make it clear that this entire process has been far from professional from the outset.There have been multiple changes to installation dates, inconsistencies in the initial information provided, and a lack of communication throughout. Emails have gone unanswered, and phone calls have simply resulted in being passed from one person to another without any resolution. This has been extremely frustrating.Taking yet another day off work is not ideal, and I would appreciate this being treated with urgency to ensure the matter is fully resolved on the next visit.I would also like to note that the engineer who attended was excellent and carried out their work to a very high standard. Podpoint will just brush it under the carpet.
Please don’t buy this charger. The after sales service is appalling. My charger broke few times since installation.They don’t send an engineer sooner to fix the charger. I’m given a engineer visit in two months,PLEASE DONT BUY CHARGERS FROM POD-POINT.
I didn’t have to wait long in the telephone queue and had a great experience sorting out an issue charging our car. I had a very competent and patient call handler who talked me through the process of getting the app up and running. At no point did I feel I was being pressured when I had to get the account set up. Great experience, many thanks for helping out.
Pod point have been excellent from start to finish. Installation was smart and clean with cable runs both internal and external.Customer service was also really good which is really important with this type of kit, we had a problem with our charger with one of the settings which customer service talked us through and sorted remotely within 2 minutes on a Sunday morning, also walked me through the app - Carl was really helpful.
