I tried to use the prepaid card and it was declined. I have never used it before so I know there is money on it. When I called customer service to find out what the problem was they said their system is down but wanted my name and bank information so they could give me a gift of $100. When I told them I don't give out my bank information they hung the phone up on me. 07
I have a card that I have not used but it expired. I cannot figure out who to contact to get a new card or a different expiration date. I called Mastercard who is supposedly the card holder and they do not have any cards starting with the same numbers as mine. I’m editing to add, that their customer support agent didn’t help in any way. It was a generic reply just like the one I got here. They offered no help in replacing the gift card.
Card is blocked even though wallet status is Active and I have not used it at all. I have received the same automated email about not entering a CVV all 4times raised a help ticket. Terrible and would not recommend at all.
I got a prepaid from them as a present from my work. When I try to buy online the vendor website asks for a validation code (OTP) which I was supposed to receive from Prepaid Digital Solutions by email or SMS. The problem is that they never send it, so I can't complete the transaction. I tried their helpdesk but they just have a bot answering messages and it was completely unhelpful. They make everything they can so you don't spend your money and they grab it when your card expires.
Same as all the others. Had multiple rebates from a remodel and the virtual cards can only be used at certain spots - many vendors wont take it. Dont know why. Then after trying vendors who dont allow it, you get a 3 day block. Called customer service and they said I had to wait 3 days. Then there was no way to use all the funds on each card, so each one has a little left on it... they wont let you combine balances. TOTAL SCAM.
I had a master card for $88. I used about $50 because I was saving the rest to buy my granddaughter a b/d gift. So I went to the store to make the purchase only to find out the the card DECLINED! When I called to find out why, was told the card expired in May. After doing a review on this company I found out that they are THIEVES who go at the LEAST opportunity, to confiscate your money. One reviewer lost over $432. HOW CAN THIS BE ALLOWED? The Viral Customer Service is Rotten to say the least. HOW THIS TYPE OF COMPANY IS ALLOWED TO OPERATE BY CONFISCATING PPLS MONEY IN THEIR FASHION IS BEYOND ME! Somebody should look into this HIGHWAY ROBBERY by these kind on companies!
So I bought the mastercard prepaid card key 5 EUR on the G2A, I got the code, I tried activating on this site, i gave all infos and verified ID, ID was fast verified, and I got the card's informations. I dont know why reviews are that bad, maybe something changed?
Received 2 rebate cards that expired 3/24 and 4/24. I had misplaced them and found them 6/24. The policy says "they cannot be replaced after the expiration date". That = 432$ of theft. I was willing to pay a small fee to have them reactivated because it was my fault for misplacing them. I agree with the others, if you have a rebate card with Digital Solutions don't misplace the card.
