I'd give 0 stars to this company.Card keeps getting blocked for no reason.Support is non-existent and keeps giving me stupid responses repeatedly asking for the same card/account information when I've provided it to them.Their excuse is that the CVV was not entered when the purchase was made hence the card was blocked which is total bullshit. They just block transactions so that you can't actually use your card
I have been unable to use this $10 debit card and supposedly it expires on 07/25. When I called the number on the card they said I needed to contact the company that issued the card. The company that issued the card is Devoted Health Plans and I have called them twice only to be place on call for over 25 minutes and was disconnected twice. I am trying one more time then tossing this useless debit card.
I received two Prepaid Digital Solutions gift cards through my employer's rewards program. Prepaid Digital Solutions put up barriers to me accessing the gift cards. They first required identity verification for both, which I provided, but then their solution required me to use a token to access my funds. They never provided a token. I emailed multiple times asking for the tokens, but no one from Prepaid Digital Solutions replied. I am out over £1000 because of this. I am willing to amend my review if someone from Prepaid Digital Solutions contacts me to resolve this problem. Otherwise, I will escalate via the appropriate legal and consumer protection channels.
I have over $1000 split in 2 Visa prepaid cards that I barely use.d bc I’ve been in the hospital. The card expired and I can’t get a replacement because there is no one to contact. I worked my ass off for that money and I demand a replacement card or I will report you to the BBB and call my lawyer on standby. I’ve been trying to contact over a year now. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.
I had a rebate card that I was saving for something special. I never took it off of the paper and now see that it had an expiration date! I called the number on the card and they will not replace it. This is rediculous, how can someone give out a rebate with and expiration? Horrible business............
I had a card with about $625 on it... when it expired I recieved a new card from them that i assumed was the new replacement... i then noticed they were charging $4.95/month fee and had never moved the $ to the new card... today they told me it was a separate account and to have access to my $ i would need to spend $12.95 to re-issue the expired card so they've taken over $40 and paid no interest... they are screwing us!
I went to use my virtual VISA card today and it said EXPIRED when I tried using it. I reached out to customer support they said it expired and I forfeited the funds. I did NOT forfeit funds and who ever heard of a Visa card expiring and taking my money. I had $450 on that gift card, and I was saving it to use it on something special! Thanks Prepaid Digital Solutions your only "Solution" is to "Digitally" steal my money! I will be escalating this legally. This is a good example of a Class Action Lawsuit! This company is criminal!
I got a reply to my previous 1-star review and thought they were actually try to make things right. They gave me an email address to which I replied as requested and it simply led me to the same thing I already knew: "card not found".Class Action Lawsuit forthcoming along with filing a complaint with the Attorney General's Office. I recommend you all do the same if you are reading this review.How do I actually get to talk to a live person or send an email to a live person???
