Received my new Presonus audiobox 96 bundle to find the serial number is not recognised. Raised a support ticket and no response from them. Can't use it as it needs to be registered to get all the drivers etc. Avoid at all costs.
Bought PRESONUS ERIS E 3.5 in 2020. Worked ok until now. Suddenly stopped working. Don’t respond to anything. Tried to go on Presonus forum - apparently I’m one of many who has this issue.Tried to contact presonus support. Very quick response- we cannot help you as it’s warranty finished.Put 3 star only because they were good for 4 years.Would not Recommend definitely
I’ve been loyal to PreSonus for years but today that trust was broken. I have a unit that has about 10 hours of use that suddenly stopped working. Their response was, we don’t do repairs nor do we provide schematics to anyone for repairs. Basically, this is a Caveat Emptor company that does not stand behind their products.
Stay away from this company - honestly. My subwoofer packed up, and they completely screwed me over. It was under warranty and they delayed as much as possible saying "the part isn't available" for months. And then ignored me completely. After that the warranty ran out and they just shrugged their shoulders. Literally horrible customer service.
Have had a 1824c for a few years and its never worked well. It completely packed in in June and I contacted Presonus who completely fobbed me off, and told me to just send it back to GuitarGuitar, who tried to send to back to Fender (who apparently manage Presonus returns), and they refused to take it. Its been 2 months now, and they say they can't find anything actually wrong with the device. Poor service, awful equipment, never again.
A used hardware device(ioSTATION24c) was purchased and given to me. Since the device was perviously owned, it was registered to the previous owner. This is not good as all software including updates or even outdated software is not available to me, the new owner. The Presonus advice for this is to have the precvious owner unregister the hardaware and it can be re-registered to me. Being as this was an online purchase gifted to me by a completely different person, I have no ideamwho the previous owner was. The Presonus advice for this?? Nothing. That's as far as that goes. If They arent paid for the product by you, they don't care if the product is useless to you. Customer service "tickets" are largely ignored and any phone numbers reach only an outsourced company that has no ability to help you in any way atall. Presonus is a corporate greed machine now, where once they were a Standard in the audio industry, today they are a joke. I used to suscribe to their + model of online programming blah blah blah. They advertise the service to include many many downloads that you can keep even after discontinuance of the subscription. I had financial issues and let the subscription go, itending to pick iot back up later. Lo and behold the truth set me free. after the suscription had lapsed, all my downloads were gone withj it, all of them. Now i have these empty shell vacant file folders. I mean, did they access my computewr and take things,?? Yes. Yes, they did. DO NOT USE PRESONUS!!! Just a fair warning.
