I’ve ordered a Christmas gift since the beginning of December and money has been taken out and haven’t t receive anything at all. Tried emailing them several times but no one replied back it’s ridiculous.Avoid at all cost

SCAM!

SCAM!! I placed order on November 20th. Get an email saying it shipped on November 26th but was not provided tracking info. I thought it was weird but moved on. WEEKS later and my order still hasn’t arrived. If you actually DO get a response, the owner is condescending and won’t help. They finally provided a tracking number and it says it was just dropped off at the post office??? They will not issue refund until “I send product back” but there’s not product to send back. Please save yourself the hassle. There are so many other small business glitter companies that are SO MUCH MORE RELIABLE.Update 12/08 after owner response: I’ve never EVER ordered anything online where I didn’t get a TRACKING LINK. I’m not the scammer here and will continue to speak the truth on your behavior and business. PSA: they used to be ZS Official but after so much backlash, they had to change their name. This is a rebrand of ZS Official! Please just do your research.

No order received, hoping for a solution

I ordered from this company a month ago and still haven’t received my order. Emailed several times asking for an update and also messaged on Instagram and Tiktok. It is very strange as it seems any negative comments are either deleted or not approved on their accounts as I have several friends who haven’t received orders either and their comments seem to disappear from the platform. I have no idea whether this company is a scam or not, I would just like an update on my order as it was supposed to be a Christmas present and as you can imagine in the current cost of living climate, I cannot afford to throw away money on products which I may never receive. I hope this company can come to some sort of solution as I know I am not the only one really disappointed by it. I was really excited for these products to arrive as they do look amazing online but now I’m just not sure of this company’s intentions.UPDATE - I finally received two out of three products of my order on the 9th of January. I am still missing the Face and Body Pigment in Champagne. I have sent emails on 16/01, 29/01 and 20/02 and still have not had an outcome. Hoping for a solution as it is very disappointing to think I placed this order 4 months ago almost.

Lack of customer service

Lack of customer service. I've ordered some eyeshadows at the beginning of December, still not been delivered and no tracking link was provided. I've contacted PLC via email and Instagram multiple times with no response which makes it impossible to get a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Missing order

Don’t buy from here, it’s a very poorly run business. I placed a $200 order and after 3 months and multiple emails and Instagram messages I have not recieved a shipped notification let alone received my order or gotten a reply of any kind. I have lost hope as well as my hard earned money and am going to order from Vani Cosmetics instead. They may charge slightly more but at least I get my productOrder #2048Update:Customer service has reached out here and hopefully my order will be resolved . Will keep updating

I placed an order on the 26th November and have not received the order. I’ve sent 9 messages from emails to DM’s on their Instagram and have had no response. The lack of communication is disgusting and the fact they think they can take money and not send out orders and just ignore messages shows how unprofessional they are and how much of a scam this is. They’ve had more than enough time to respond and have chosen not too so now I’m taking it further and luckily I’ve managed to get my money back from my bank. They have also tried to take this comment down but luckily I’ve been able to send prove of my order to keep this comment online! (Nice try!) Also FYI details were sent to trustpilot with my order details sweetie!.DO NOT USE!SCAM!

SCAM SCAM SCAM. I have written previous reviews about this godawful company. I ordered my items in November of 2022 for Christmas. I have not received them, nor have I received a refund. The company ignores my emails. Please do not give them any business!
