Cannot believe a £1.99 shipping protection fee was sneakily added on with no prior communication! If you regularly buy like myself you wouldn’t be looking for this. Reported straight away & because customer services took so long to reply I was told it’s too late as I’d already received the parcel!? Not my fault! I’m now being ignored after challenging this. Unbelievable after spending so much money with them & being a royalty customer.
I dont even want to give them a star. I feel totally scammed by PLT. The website order glitched and said order failed. But then my money taken anyway! With no order number, or email from them, and not being able to contact anyone as its all AI responses, its been so frustrating. You cant speak to a human. The phone number given by google doesnt work. Only automated replies. Do not trust this company with your money, its not worth it.
I wish I have read this page before I ordered. It’s too late I now I have ready made another order as wrong size The return label got declined at AU post so I contacted . They never replied to your message, I tried instagram , Facebook and messanger. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Only sent an auto message and that’s it. Now I’m stuck with a bag of clothes that I can’t fit. Needless to say, their au10 is an 6/8 so I basically can’t fit in anything I bought
I really do wish i could leave a good review because the clothes are actually so good. Its just a massive shame their delivery is terrible. I have never ever gotten my parcel with no trouble. Its either it gets delivered to a completely different place, the “proof of delivery” picture is a completely different house number than mine or items are missing. I had next day delivery, wasnt even next day even though i ordered way before cut off time. Thats not even a major issue. I really have had enough as well as many other people. Another huge problem is they have zero customer service. Just an automated bot that does zero to help. Honestly will not be buying ANYTHING from PLT ever again.
I am totally disgusted with this company. I’ve sent nine emails how many text nobody’s responding I’ve ordered 200 pounds worth of clothes. They’ve been lost at Evri nobody wants to help me at all. Nobody’s replying clear pay are still taking my money. This company is absolutely disgraceful!! What on earth has happened to it. I’ve used to use them for years and now will never use them again. I’m now sitting here having to pay for 200 pounds worth of clothes and not received anything from nobody disgusting I’ve actually resorted to contact the police even to the company.
I have paid for royalty which means you get free returns, I am currently being charfed for a return, I have tried on multiple occasions to speak to them and followed the advise of the AI first which did nothing, I then keep getting told it’s busy and I will be connected but it’s been days and still nothing, I tried again… nothing and even today… nothing! What’s worse is I’ve tried on multiple different platform and it’s the same thing, no response once AI has passed me to an agent.
