The worst customer service.

The worst customer service.I have a faulty pool cleaner and they will not come back with a resolution- have been waiting 4 weeks now and given them everything they have requested.

When will this company be held to account?

My experience in dealing with this company is the same as posted by others. And given that their long history of complete failure to meet their legal obligations with regards to Warranty repairs, it is disappointing that they have not been held to account by the relevant regulatory department.I happen to have a relative that lives in the same suburb as their service (haha) department. He is going to pay them a visit and demand return of my pool cleaner, even if still faulty.

Don’t purchase from here

Don’t purchase from here! You’ll have issues with the product, find it impossible to get in contact with their team members and you’ll kick yourself once you realise you didn’t do your research and you might as well thrown the $900 down the toilet. So many ppl are in the same boat. They have 0 desire to ensure their products live up to its expectations. This business shouldn’t be operating.

I bought a MoeBot, Ultenic U11 Pro and a Hobot U11. Within 18 months, ALL have broken or need spare parts which robotmylife is unable to provide.It is only a matter of time before this company is shutdown by the Office of Fair Trading.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I've bought S5 lawn mower over 2 years ago. It was working fine for almost 2 years (warranty period) and stopped working month after 2 years. Their customer service is NON EXISTANT, they don't respond to any phone calls, e-mails or messages. I've paid for replacement battery and heard nothing about delivery time or even whether they deliver at all. check yourself and try to send an e-mail using their links to support or help on their website. These don't work. STAY AWAY from this company and spend your money somewhere else.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company, my mop part of the vacuum stopped working & I was advised that I need to replace all parts every 6 months, which is not clearly advertised upon purchasing the mop/vacuum. I have been dealing with them since July & I still do not have this resolved, as I need them to send out replacement Velcro as standard Velcro doesn't work due to getting wet & falling off. I have been advised that the delay in my response is due to a "first come first served basis" unfortunately ACCC will not do anything on an individual complaint. I wish I had never brought from this company.

Stay away

Placed an order, they took my money, but never fulfilled the order. Have contacted them three times, with no response back. Seems like company has gone out of business or may be scamming people. Stay away.
