I’m purchased a poolbot 150 in June…

I’m purchased a poolbot 150 in June 2025. Worked well until 2 weeks ago. When the on / off button ceased to work even though it charges up. Have emailed multiple times with an auto reply saying they will be in touch and have made numerous phone calls. Still waiting to hear a human voice . Don’t waste your time or money on their products.

Abhorrent after sales service!

Bought a B150 pool robot that was great while it worked, but my God once it failed and I tried to get support it all went pear shaped. Aftersales support is just appalling ... 11 weeks in from my first approach and I can get no response on where my robot is and whether they intend to fix it under warranty. DO NOT BUY from these people.

Bought a pool cleaner. it never arrived, and they never gave us a refund. They scammed us out of our money. Dont trust this company. Buy from a reputable company.

Absolute scam!

Absolute scam!! Ordered from this company in August and never received the goods. Only way to “contact” them is through a chatbot. Offered a refund but when I sent details the never responded or returned my money. Avoid at all costs

Terrible

Terrible, non existent customer service. I august a Legee D8 in August and it’s broken - no one will reply to my ticket, their phone line is all automated so I can’t even talk to anyone. It’s been over a week and nothing. Scammers.

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service ! I purchased 2 products ( less than a year ago) from this company . Both the poolbot and leaf skiimmer are not working . The pool bot does not work at all and the leaf basket on the skimmer has disintegrated . You cannot contact this company by phone as their number directs you to e mail them . I have e mailed them on numberous occasions and no reply for weeks. I did however manage to contact them on the phone number a few months ago and the consultant actually said to me that many people have complained and had the same issue as me with the quality of the leaf skimmer . next step ACCC

Fast delivery , good product honest sales rep

john came and did the demo at our place, he was very helpful and informative, he advised us of the robot mower that best suits our land, Product delivered as advised I just received it this morning and was very easy to set up, it already done all our lawn and very happy with outcome.after paying for the sunseeker x3, I got online after 2 days and i saw so many reviews on robotmylife which scare me, i called john and he was happy to refund me the money, but i felt he was an honest person after we spoke in detail.well, I took the risk, and I don't regret it. it's a great robot and my experience with robotmylife and John was great. if anything, I strongly suggest robot my life will get rid of that AI over the phone and put an actual person .

One of the worst service experience ever

The service level of this company is terrible - purchased a Moebot robot lawn mower and had endless issues. No support whatsoever. Complete waste of time and company would not reply
