Purchased aT10 Pro vacuum cleaner in Oct 2024, by December I had to reload maps several times and reset the unit.December the mop function stopped working and the Ultenic app was no help.January 8 the cliff sensors failed and the entire vacuum would not work. The Ultenic app provided several emails to contact for a solution. I did not receive a response until 12 Feb. This was over a month of the vacuum not operating.I have requested a refund as I purchased another vacuum, due to this one not working. They have been rude, unapologetic and refuse a refund. I have raise this with the ACCC and my bank. In my opinion I would not purchase.
Got the B300 cordless robot pool cleaner a couple of months ago and we’re very happy with it. Cleans walls and floor of the pool, picking up fine debris. Easy to empty. Charges well, can change the cleaning cycle on an app. Good value for money compared with other similar products on the market.

Love my PoolBot 330 I had the 300 but it would get stuck sometimes on my stairs so i thought id up it to the 330! With the capability in the App to chose which vacuum, I’m able to chose the ‘Floor Only’ mode and all my frustrations are gone. Filters reasonably find sand and picks up all the leaves every time!
