Ordered a robot window cleaner that never arrived. We were sent a tracking number so contact the transport company and were informed that they were issued with the notice to deliver the product and they provided a tracking number for the job but the next day Robot My Life cancelled the pick up so the product was never collected by the transport company. Tracking my order on Robot My Life shows my order as complete. If you try to contact the company all you get is an Autobot email reply or AI on the phone if you ring. You cannot speak to a human and there is not follow up service. This place is a scam. Once they had emailed me the tracking number they cancelled the transport company pick up. Kept my money and the product.
I bought an Ultenic T10 Pro and a pool cleaner from My Robot Life. While the pool cleaner is still working fine (for now), the experience with the vacuum has been really disappointing.After only a short time, the vacuum stopped connecting to the app. I followed every troubleshooting step, split my Wi-Fi to ensure it was using the 2.4 GHz network, and reached out for help several times. The responses were polite but ultimately unhelpful, and there was no offer of a replacement or refund even though the product was still under warranty.This morning the vacuum stopped working altogether, so it has ended up in the bin. I am giving two stars only because the pool cleaner still works — but if that changes, so will my review.
I would never buy anything from this company again ,I brought a UlenticT10 Pro Lite Robotic Vacuum and Mop,hard to set up and when it says what country there is no Australia, doesn't clean good and I ordered bags a few weeks ago and I still haven't got the bags , the company does not help you.Would not recommend that company or that product waste of money
this company is atrocious, do not deal with them. I ordered a pool robot, when I followed up after a lack of contact I got told they had none in stock even though they were still advertising them. It was going to take 2 months for them to get them back in stock minimum so I cancelled the order and asked for my money back. They agreed, but I stil haven't seen the money and it has now been 3 months!
Bought a lawn mowing robot November 12 that still hasn’t arrived. They send me a tracking number that is still pending today. After two weeks of continuously trying to get information and only their automated emails telling me the order is shipped, I tried calling their customer service number. All automated and no getting through to a real person at all. I then received an email from Paulo instead of the promised call back. “Paulo” informed me that the product was sold out when I ordered and they’re waiting for more stock from the supplier. That was 2 weeks ago and now I don’t get any responses anymore.
My moebot acre eater pro has been down for the last few weeks. The customer service number is all shit! It’s all automated, then cuts you off. You send an email, no reply!!! If you think about using this company, don’t!!!! The mower was great when it was working, but to get any help when there is a problem, non existent!!!!! Even tried contacting the guy who came and sold the bloody thing to me!!! Nothing!!!!! A big F you to Robot my life! A $3900 piece of shit, sitting here doing nothing!!!!!
THIS IS A CHINESE DROP SHIPPER! STEER WELL CLEAR! Absolutely no customer service! I have tried calling in excess of 30 times to request for refund due to inability to deliver a PoolBot150 in time. Nothing but AI service that sends you around and round in a never completing loop. Despite over a dozen emails to the many and varied emails supplied, no one has gotten in touch. I order a cordless vacumm on the 10th November . Have sent a number of emails only receiving 1 reply with the product is currently in presale . Which i dont understand how they can take your money for something that isnt even available to purchase . Since that email I have sent a further 3 emails asking for a estimated date of stock arriving , then an email requesting a refund but have had no replies . Starting to wonder if this was a scam 🤔
