Untrustworthy company that steals from customers

Do not trust this company as they steal from customers and refuse to refund for items paid for but never shipped.I ordered several products, which were all in stock at the time of ordering, in November 2024 and the company was very slow to ship anything. When my parcel finally arrived the items were poorly packed with no protection and one item was missing. I immediately contacted the company about the missing item but received no response. I again contacted the company in January and queried when the missing item would be shipped. The company eventually responded and indicated the item was on back order. It is now March 2025 and the item still has not shipped, the company cannot give me a shipping date and are refusing to refund me for the missing item.

"In stock" part delivered 2.5 months late

Ordered a replacement part for my MoeBot on Nov 22, this part is "always available" according to their site. It should have arrived within a week. I called them on Dec 4th and Jan 14th as the part had still not been despatched and both times was told they would have stock "within a fortnight". It is now Jan 28th and they are no longer providing an estimated delivery. I have asked over the phone and email for an eta and they are refusing to provide one blaming the supplier. The robot has not been able to be used for 2 months. The person I spoke to also had the nerve to get their back up when I refused to accept that they were unable to get me an eta. Suggesting that after a 2 month wait an eta was an unreasonable request because they couldn't give me what they didn't have... Then find someone who can?!To top this off, their site STILL says they have stock, when they clearly haven't for at least 2 months.30/1/25 - still no eta provided and advertised as 'always in stock' on their site.4/2/25 - I received a message from them on Product Revirw a few days ago asking for my order number, which has been supplied. No further response, they said they'd get back to me yesterday. No eta still. Item is still in stock on their site.6/2/25 - I messaged them again, as they had not responded after telling me they'd get back to me on the 3rd. Allegedly, they have stock arriving this week, so I will have the cutting plate next week. Although, I've have been told similar stories twice before so will wait and see what happens. 12/2/25 - part finally delivered. 2.5 months late.

Goods ordered through website not delivered for last 5 months

I have a moebot S20. It worked for 1 year and then the battery failed. I attempted to claim through warranty (as it was still within the warranty period, but the customer service team were tricky to deal with and couldn't help. Instead I purchased a replacement battery through the website. This was in October 2024 and I am still yet to receive the battery. Its impossible to speak to anyone and emails aren't returned.

I purchased a Pool Bot from this…

I purchased a Pool Bot from this company in November 2024. I stopped working in February 2025. Since that time, I have tried to get the item repaired. I have since sent the robot back to them to repaired, that was 8 weeks ago. Please take my advice, do not use this company. They have overseas interests, and you cannot talk to anyone to help you. I spend $1500.00 for a rubbish product and now I do not have it. They have my Robot and will not respond to my emails or send the product back. I have never dealt with such a poor company, they need to be shut down.

Definitely a must buy for your Pool

I have bought a couple of these robot pool cleaners from this company. One as a gift. I can honestly say the backend service has been great. The machine itself is excellent. It climbs the walls easily. Also your steps into the pool. Just be sure to watch the YouTube videos on how to operate and maintainand clean out the garbage tray after each use with a hose. Easy maintenance. Definitely recommend this company and model for value and quality..

I've been waiting months for my order and they keep saying it will be sent soon. Their contact us form no longer works. I believe the company is going under. Avoid!!!
