SCAM SCAM SCAM - Absolute scam of a company.Products not fit for propose, when broken they’ll do anything to delay you getting a repair, when they finally agree to repair, they’ll take your machine after 7 weeks of waiting and hold onto it for another 8 weeks, only to send it back broken in some other way, after which it will take another large period of time for them to acknowledge this, let alone attempt to fix it.Stay away. Literally buy anywhere else. You’ll save yourself a LOT of time and stress.On a positive note, you’ll get to know the people at your local post office far better than you should.
Don't buy from them. I bought legee d8 and they have pathetic service when my d8 under warranty stopped mopping. They asked me to replace brush rolller but when i order they dont send it and they say we have dispatch issues but when i asked them again they now say this product is out of stock. I am simply stuck as d8 will run out of warranty and they're unable to advise what the real issue and when i can get brush roller..maybe the issues will not get resolved.Don't waste your energy and buy from them. TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. My issue is running from last 2 months now.
PoolBot worked for about a month. Took months for them to send a return slip. Then they kept the unit for four months. ‘Waiting for parts to repair.’ Finally returned to me (right after warranty period was up, of course), and guess what?? They didn’t even fix it!! Do not buy anything from this company - worst experience ever
I paid $1265 for a pool vacuum on the 6th of December, 10 days later I still haven't received it. They stated that its a 24hr dispatch on their website. I emailed them on the 11th asking where my product was. They gave me a courier tracking number with Aramex which seems to be false. There is not enough numbers on the tracking number. I emailed them again and have heard nothing back. Unfortunately seems to be a scam .
Weeks of troubleshooting without positive result. Had to order new charger and pay for it while still under warranty. They will probably drag this out until the warranty runs out. Cost was over $1300 didn't last 2 years. Xmas and schoolhols without a functioning robot.
We returned a pool skimmer, unopened in the original packaging it was shipped in. Six months (the item has been sitting in their warehouse since January), and after 42 emails going around in circles and all their BS excuses, no refund. Contacted consumer affairs and was advised to send an email stating they were in violation of Section 36 of Consumer Law. They asked for bank details, sent information and then they sent an email saying the technician had looked over the item, and the box was opened and used. WTF? You've had the box for 5 months and suddenly you find it's opened and used. Absolute BS. The people at this company are scum and I don't know how they sleep at night. Bring me a lie detector test, I sure as hell smell BULL SH#T!
