Totally impressed with RSAWEB! I'm a new client, and I can't give these guys enough credit for how brilliant and easy they made the process of changing. I also had a problem with my line initially, but they were so amazing at helping me get it fixed!!!
I chose this RSAWEB for my fibre internet for two reasons. 1. it is supposed to be one of the top rated companies for fibre internet and 2. because of the fact that they offered a fantastic package which included a free mini UPS. This was very important to me as I work from home and it is imperative that I have a fast internet connection as well as have good cover for when there is load shedding!I received an email confirming my fibre internet order with RSAWEB of 100 down and 50 up speed including the mini UPS.To my horror, I discovered that I never received the mini UPS and on contacting RSAWEB, I was told that there was a 'glitch in their system' in August 2021 and that the offer that included the mini UPS was, in fact, a mistake. I was, therefore, not going to receive my mini UPS. Apparently the E&OE terms of their contract covers them for this error. I, on the other hand, am stuck with a year contract with RSAWEB without the mini UPS! I contacted them on several occasions about this and they are adamant that this is not false advertising on their part and that I, in fact, have no right to claim the mini UPS from them even though this is what I ordered (with said order being confirmed by RSAWEB). I am, however, able to purchase a mini UPS from them!? I am utterly dismayed and very disappointed that I have been led, under false pretences, to take out a contract with RSAWEB.When my contract ends I will make it a point of cancelling my subscription with them and move to another provider!
