Review Time
I have been a loyal customer for 3 years, and they cancel my account for R20.22c where i did not receive a email or even a sms on the amount in arrears or even that the premium went up. They want to charge me R500 for reconnection fees. I said to cancel my account with immediate affect due to you cancelling my account without notifying me. The customer service is poor they blocked me on email didnt help me sort things out. Just a money making story now they told me i must send the router back to them on my cost and still wrap it nicely . I will not do that they can come and pick it up at my house. I am not witholding it from them surely they have technitions in the area to come and pick it up. They brought it to me they can come and pick it up. I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE i would rather stay on prepaid data thats how bad it is.
app**** for fibre on RSA web after I was told that it was very good. I work from home and I need good internet connection, app**** on Friday 2nd June, then only hot response that i needed to pay first on Tuesday 6th of June, I paid then on Friday the 9th I'm told that my application was rejected because thry do not cocer ly area(after their coverage map said it covers) I immediately requested for a refund on Friday 9June then app**** with a different company(I have connection now) i only got response from RSA web on Thursday 15 June very late that refunds take 5-7days...these guys have wasted 2 weeks of my time already
Pathetic service!!! Worst ISP everWe signed up for the Black Friday promotion, where you pay R21 for two months and R1000 credit. This was never applied and they continued billing us and deducting the money. After countless emails, phone calls, chats. We eventually got the money bank. Took about 4 months. We then proceeded to cancel the service and was hit with penalties of R2400. Which they deducted, after having tried to speak to a manager etc. How can we be held liable when they didn’t keep up their end of the deal. Plus their internet is kak, keep buffering on a 150mbp line. DO NOT SIGN UP, YOU WILL REGRET IT!
Rsaweb has been a disappointment as of lately i have been with then for some time now and there lack is when u have issues u struggle to get hold of them,i have tried emails and the so called "easy fast response whtzapp group" where no one replies back and when u phone u wait and wait and wait until u get impatient and u hang up or run out of airtime and still i awaiting since 13:00 this afternoon for any replies from them for why i have no internet and its now almst going to 19:00,really disappointing for a brand they claim best in SA,i had to edit this and add this ridiculous response from RSAWEB so apparently they upgraded my package without my consent,i have been awaiting whole day a response from any rsaweb technician and apparently i find out that they switched my account to a higher package from what i was 50/50mbps to a 100/100mbps without my consent and now i mus pay more from a R755 to a R855 and on top of that i must pay a R955 because without me knowing to pay 855 where i was paying the R755 i am in a arrears and my internet was put off,how do companies in there right mind think they can just do things like this without contacting the client and believe u me i think its lies they jst want people to choose higher packages so they can get more money because why still offer the same package i have online on there website for 50/50mbps R755 and 100/100mbps R855 i do understand that everything increases bt there are protocols to how things should be handled im really disappointed in there service and im thinking to cancel because theres a reason i chose this package to fit my budget and for them jst to change it like this is unlawful
I used to be a fan but hate this ISP now. The issue is the deterioration in their customer support. Their recorded message always says that they are experiencing high call volumes, the answer to which is hire more staff. I held on for over 30 minutes on Thursday so when I did get through to someone, they had not been able to resolve my issue by the time I had to leave for a meeting. They said they might be able to call me back but never did. I rang back later and held for 45 minutes; in the middle of the conversation, the line suddenly went dead. The third time I held on for 35 minutes. In the middle of the call, my call credit ran out! The fourth time I held on for 40 minutes and did get through to someone who helped on a 30 minute call. However it was a technical problem that should not have happened. I can’t wait to switch suppliers.
When there is a problem you can never get any help, the Whatapp line and emails are never responded to... it can take 30min to get to a agent if you call and they can never tell you anything other than their SLA is 3 working days. Never provide updates or clarification, I get a real sense they aren't actually ever doing anything to try sort your issue out... a attitude of "we have submitted the paper work and that's all we are going to do you just now have to hope and pray"
