do not get RSAweb they are the worst

They are the absolute worst I am logging my 27th ticket for no internet in less than 12 months. I had January and June with uninterupted service the rest all 2 tickets at least with up to one week with no internet

After contacting Cluade at Rsaweb…

After contacting Cluade at Rsaweb business helpline he tried explaining to me that I had no connection to the internet because our uncapped business line that my company pays for which is at speed of 20mb/s was apparently according to Cluade being used at speeds over 20mb/s which according to him he claims it is definitely possible and it is the reason we where experiencing packet loss and eventually a full disconnection for over an hour at multiple events.

NO connectivity

So i was forcefully upgraded to a higher package with promised speed. hai the internet has been lagging, lacking and its just been unreliable for the past few weeks now. it has not been loadshedding so whats their excuse now?? im paying more now but the service AND internet is crappier.

Complete and utter nightmare

Complete and utter nightmare, just horrible. They don't respond to any customer requests for service. They simply ignore you! They are the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Once they have your banking details they just keep plundering your account. They have s****n thousands of rand out of my account. I was forced to close my account and open a new one to stop their plundering! Absolutely appalling! Please be warned, stay away!!

A Drastic Decline in Service Qualityd to be a satisfied customer of…

I used to be a satisfied customer of RSAWEB, but recent experiences have left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. Their service has taken a nosedive, and I can no longer tolerate the level of incompetence and neglect I've encountered.For starters, trying to get in touch with them is a nightmare. Their telephone lines seem to be perpetually busy, making it nearly impossible to reach a customer service representative. Even when I manage to get through, I'm met with indifference and lack of assistance.My main issue revolves around the internet speed I was promised versus what I actually receive. I'm paying for a 150Mbps line, but it's become a rare occasion to witness speeds exceeding a measly 12Mbps. This blatant misrepresentation of their services is unacceptable.Equally frustrating is their complete lack of interest in resolving my concerns. I've reached out numerous times, only to receive no answers or feedback. It's as if they've washed their hands of their responsibilities to their paying customers.After exhausting all options for a resolution and receiving no assistance whatsoever, I've decided to cancel my contract with RSAWEB. I can no longer justify paying for a service that not only fails to deliver what was promised but also neglects its customers' legitimate concerns.In conclusion, RSAWEB has gone from being a reliable service provider to one that should be approached with caution. Their decline in service quality, lack of communication, and failure to meet their commitments have left me deeply disappointed. I hope my experience serves as a warning to others who may consider their services in the future.

1 STAR IS TOO HIGH FOR RSAWEB

1 Star is already over-rating the service I have received in my 1st month as a RSAWEB client. I would not recommend anyone to use this ISP, they are unprofessional, rude, money grabbing con artist who lack customer service experience and communication skills, an absolute shot show, after making payment and several emails and phone calls, I have still not received any help from RSAWEB not have they installed the fibre to my premises or connected my wifi. It's been over 6 weeks and I hear nothing from these people, you have to fight with them to call you back, they don't lodge any complaints for you, their agents are rude and incompetent, they will literally ignore you, the only time I get any communication from RSAweb is for payment, I've made an upfront payment and they've already sent me a invoice for the new month but I'm not connected. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND FIND ANOTHER ISP.

If you could rate some people a 0 this would be the place. I will be blunt UCK RSA WEB 1 month to move a line you can go fuk yourself for that. They cant even deactivate a line. The online service is pathetic the telephone service is pathetic they keep repeating its fine how the fuc is shi fine when the client is not happy ?

Shocking service

Shocking service, customer care and network. If this is the best in South Africa it pain me to expect how the rest are. Network is running at 50% the speed and the response is “diagnose it yourself”. I’m at a lose for words. Stay well away!

RSA Web is a Scam!

The worst money grubber scheme you will ever encounter! They claimed that my account was in arrears, I made arrangements, where I would cover the debt in four months. On the 3rd month, they contact me and state that I have another outstanding debt, which they cannot explain. Don't fall into that trap! RSA web is a scam!
