Review Time
They used to be excellent, and now they're disappointingly bad. They took 10 days to transfer my query to the right department, who took another 10 days to send me a generic email. Another 8 days have passed and still no answer to a simple question. I feel sad for them. There is obviously something very wrong with this company.

I have no connection since the 1 Feb 2023. I spoke to Lulama on the Saturday 4 Feb 2023 for more than an hour bit he was unable to assist and I ask him to call me back and he didn't bother to call. On Sunday 5th Feb 2023 I spoke to Amanda who keeps on saying she can't hear me until she hang up on me that's poor customer service to hang up on customer who paid for the service he is not receiving. I sent messages on whatsapp and live chat still no answer. Please help me i don't have connection since Feb or else refund me the the payment for Feb
I would give them 0 stars if I could. We moved property and had to cancel the service, after sending us a ridiculous fee of almost 4000ZAR! we fought hard to challenge it and get it down to a reasonable price. We paid this and they continue to try and take money every month. Every time we raise a complaint, it generates a new ticket and nobody takes ownership of the problem. It has been months and and they are still trying to take money and tell us that we need to give 30 days notice of cancellation, despite also sending is emails to ackowledge that they have recieved our canccellation fee. I can't decide if they are completely incompetent, disorganised or dishonest. Probably a combination of all three! DEFINITELY AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!
Exceptional service they say what a joke i am a new member to rsaweb from January i am trying as a client for 1 and a half months now to sort out my billing they sell promotions and charges you full amount still waiting on management to call me back every day i must call and hold for more than 50 minutes to get through to them useless service very very bad will never recommended them
Changed service providers and may be the worst thing I have ever done. Been down for 3 days and counting, even though I was assured I would have no down time... The move would be seemless, they said!
