Stay away from RSAWEB

If I can help only one person. Stay away from RSAWEB is and save yourself a world of frustration… Expensive compared to other ISP’s… not getting what you pay for… always high call volumes and long waiting times… Poor customer service… No feedback… No client retention seems their focus is only on new business.

RSAWEB customer service is a joke. I called their service number 3 times and waited unsuccessfully for my calls to be answered for over 15 minutes before I aborted. I then tried their Chat line and, following a short wait, explained my problem to a real person - only to be transfered back to the Service line that no one answers. RSAWEB quite clearly has either far more problems than it can handle or a severe staff shortage. And I still don't have an answer to my FTTH issue!

NO CUSTOMERS SERVICE !!!!

NO CUSTOMERS SERVICE !!!!! I have asked RSA WEB to move my line to a new apartment and they have not and metro fibre has confirmed they do not have an order . I am now sitting without internet for 6 days and have been debited.i call and do not get through hold for hours and email no feedback. They should just close down!!!!

The poorest service ever

RSA web is the worst network company ever...I am without internet for 5 days..6 agents couldn't resolve the issue..they purposely let me hold the line for more than a hour because I asked to speak to a superior...they promise to call back but never do..this is absolutely poor poor poor service....

Worst Service you'll receive. Ever!

Honestly, the worst customer service you will ever receive. If you have any (absolutely ANY problem) with your connection or account... good luck in trying to get it sorted. I've been on multiple chats, goes in circles after I explain that I just need to change the password after taking over the previous tenants account. Just land up getting transferred. Tried phoning multiple times, land up holding for more than 10min a call without any answer. I'm out of options here. Busy looking into trying to change the service anyway from RSAWEB.

Worst and unprofessional service

At first I trusted this company but since November last year. The level of interruption and administration unprofessionalism made me think twice. Very bad communication, unable to solve any issues in time. I can’t recommend their service to anyone. I truly wasted my time praising them at the beginning…

I cancelled my debit order with RSAweb…

I cancelled my debit order with RSAweb in Dec 2021 and at the same date ceded the contract to the new purchaser of my house. The new owner has continued to pay the monthly fee religiously BUT this company took a chance and resubmitted my stopped debit order on 31/1/2023 and Standard Bank processed it. I have re-stopped the debit order and now I cannot get RSAweb to refund me the R655 which they dishonestly and illegally deducted from my bank account. Their call center is worse than trying to contact any municipal or government...no answer, crappy music, if this, push 2, if that, push 3 until you can scream! Their WhatsApp service is also rubbish...they answered my detailed message only after 2 days and then asked if there was anything that they could do to help me??? Illiterate, untrained and stupid employee in a totally inappropriate job. DON’T SUPPORT THIS USELESS BUSINESS. WARNING! THIS IS A BUSINESS WITH THE WORST SERVICE IN THE INDUSTRY.

My experience with RSA Web has been awful for over a week. I spent over a week without Fibre. Back and forth emails, so many calls. Being pushed from pillar to post. I literally had to beg for a technician to come out. Eventually a young technician named Christiaan came out and he listened to what the problem has been. Showed him all the tests I've done and he deduced that the router needed to be replaced. This he did. My Fibre has been working for over three hours now. Well done to him.

I a new RSAWEB client, but ALREADY FED UP

I'm FED-UP!😤😤😤😤😤😤 I a new client - I moved from WEBAFRICA to RSAWEB. Been struggling for 4 whole days to get hold of RSAWEB via WhatsApp, Email, Online Chat - ABSOLUTELY ZERO RESPONSE! I also tried calling several times (holding on 3.5 hours in total). The RouteThis app doesn't help.I'm paying for a 1gbps / 200mbps line, but I ONLY GET 18mbps / 40mbps.I honestly don't know what to do anymore.#RSAWEB please call me URGENTLY 0833933729

Absolutely horrible.

Absolutely horrible.Took 10+ phone calls/emails/support chat sessions over the span of TWO MONTHS to get a relocation sorted.Immediately followed by 3 outages within a week.Then, I was delivered and invoiced for a router that I specifically said I didn't want or need since I was using the previous router as suggested by their website.After arranging with them to pick up the router, I waited a few weeks and still no refund as promised. I reached out to ask about it and put in a cancellation for the service as well as I was fed up at this point (also, their prices suck compared to MWEB).A few weeks later, the cancellation fees go off, while I am still eagerly awaiting my refund.Would not recommend.
