On 13 February 2024 I received a sms from RSAWeb saying my monthly fee will increase from R520 to R822 effective 1 March. I immediately logged a call to query this, but didn't receive feedback other than the reference number. On the 20th I contacted them again, only to be told that should I want to cancel, I have to give a month's notice and that the service will terminate on 31 March, meaning I have to pay the extra R300 on 1 March. If they advised me in January, I would have had enough time to cancel the month-to-month at the end of February, but they will not listen to reason. I find their attitude most unhelpful and won't advise anybody to make use of their services. They definitely don't respect their loyal customers.

1 star is too generous. Despite having cancelled my subscription following the correct procedure and them having confirmed my cancellation, I am still being debited. Not only that, but my online profile stopped working after a few months and they simply told me I just won’t have access to my account and they’re sorry. Stay far far away, although their prices seem competitive, the amount they charge you in mistakes from their end far supersedes any cost you may save. Worst worst worst. Am pursuing legal action

HOW DOES A ISP WITH THEIR PREMIUM PRICES DELIVER SUCH ASTONISHINGLY TERRIBLE AND INCOMPETENT SERVICE? These issues encompass a wide range of problems, including the abrupt cancellation of my account despite having made full payments, subsequent placement on an incorrect package upon reactivation with additional charges, and the inexplicable issuance of an extra SIM card, leading to confusion regarding my ownership of the SIMs.To provide a clear picture, my ordeal began around July 2021 when I subscribed to a package offering 400GB during the day and 400GB at night, priced at R595. To my astonishment, I was later informed that this package had never existed and that the actual cost was R795 when I attempted to reactivate it. On August 18th, I was wrongly notified of non-payment despite having settled the dues in full. Following the reactivation of my account, I was charged the standard R595 on September 9th. However, I was inexplicably switched to a smaller package (200GB day, 200GB night) without any prior notice or consent. Furthermore, an unexpected charge of R2130 for a rented router was applied, albeit later credited back. Rectifying this, along with various other issues, involved lengthy and arduous exchanges with RSA Web's support team.This temporary package change was short-lived, and I had to reach out again on September 18th to return to my original package, which came with a full R795 charge on top of the unreimbursed R595. However, this package switch was only applied on October 1st, resulting in an excessive R600 charge for a 200GB out-of-bundle package. In September, RSA Web billed me a total of R1990.This Sunday, I attempted to pay the R795 for the current month, only to find that my account inexplicably shows a written-off amount of R1190. To my dismay, my service has been disconnected, and RSA Web is not responding to my inquiries.I have sought your assistance in this matter to address these longstanding issues with RSA Web and ensure a resolution that is fair and just. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I eagerly await your guidance and intervention.
Stay Away!!Ive got 20 emails with no response to cancel my subscription. I’ve called and explain how unhappy that I don’t have any internet and they still proceed to charge me accordingly for services that are not rendered.This is the worst service I’ve ever received and they are becoming the next Telkom. I’ll have to seek legal action!
Struggling with No connection for MONTHS! nobody gives a damn and the same troubleshooting gets done every time to no avail. They DOUBLED my monthly premium mid contract despite not having decent connection and speed. They want to charge ME cancellation fees to cancel a contract that they are not bringing their part to! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS THIEVING CIRCUS.
