Review Time
I have been a client of RSAWEB for about 6 years and I have always been very happy with their service, I have referred many businesses and family and friend to use them BUT now I have had a very bad experience with the accounts department. First I can’t get hold of anyone to query my statements and invoices. What they promised is not what they delivered. Very disappointing client.
I have been with RSA web for more than 5 years. There service is great when nothing is wrong. They send you the bill each month and deduct each month. When things go wrong; that is truly the time a ISP shows how important their customers are to them. If I did not make contact with them I received no feedback at all. After a week of no fibre connection I gave up. Other ISP's around me sorted out their clients within a matter of hours. I am still waiting after one week.
10 July no internet in the morning came back on 12:30 in the afternoon.11 July the same story.12 July the same story.13 July the same story but it came at 10:00 and late in the afternoon they came and changed my router but did not tell me what the problem was.Everything worked fine till 20 July then the same story all over again, my internet went off just after 22:00 and it keeps telling me limited connection.The funny thing is I can't even log on to change my WiFi password it doesn't want to take the password even after I reset the stupid thing still nothing.So I will not recommend RSAWEB
I am at a lost for words after being a client for almost a year I can confidently confirm that this has been the worst experience I and my family have had with a provider . We have made numerous calls , sent emails and whattsapp messages in regards with our connection problems . We pay a fair amount for a line that should give us 130mbps without trouthle unfortunate for us it is almost never the case . Not that is not where it stops our account has been a mess since day one . No idea why we didn't move away then , promises where made and never met . Myself and my husband the account holder have gone the extra mile to give this company the opportunity to show us its capabilities unfortunate once again disappointing. We have been without wifi , over charged , been rude to , phone got put down in our ears , no response, left hanging , told different answers for the same problem , and left with low speed internet when we have been pay for high speed. I'd love to hear from management what they would recommend or how the would amend this problem as we are fed up and ready to kick this company to the curb. I have a video that I made today 2023.07.20 while trying to watch a video for my 6 year Olds school work so you can see how bad it is . I wil also have the speed test conducted during that time. This is how a month in my life has been with RSAWeb as my ISP. On the 26th of June I used the paygate on their website to pay my internet in full for the month, R755. Then, on the 1st of July, a debit order comes off my bank account. Another R755 is taken. Upset, I get in touch with their accounts department, dreading the interactions I am about to have, as the last time this happened it took 2 weeks to fix. First I get connected with RUSHDA (3 July ), I provide her with details and bank statments showing the double charge and ask for a refund on the second amount taken from my bank account. She tells me the payment needs to be allocated to my account and that she is converting our chat into a ticket so that the finance clerk can assist with the matter, then gives me the reference number for the ticket. A week goes by and I hear nothing back. So I once again get in touch and get transfered to the accounts department. This time I speak to AMANDA MPOKELA ( 10 Jul), who I repeat the story to, provide bank statments etc to prove I am owed a refund and ask once against for one. She tells me that she has escalated the matter to her manager for further assistance and that is the end of the live chat. 1 day passes and I receive word back from AMANDA MPOKELA via email (11 July) saying the payment has been allocated, she has requested a refund and it will take 5-7 working days to come through. At this point I am thrilled to finally see progress, however my celebration is short lived. Over a week goes by, I wait the 5-7 working days, however my refund is nowhere to be seen. So I send a follow up email to AMANDA MPOKELA (21 July) asking for a status update. I do not get a response for hours. So I phone in and ask for an update from another consultant who tells me she has left a message for AMANDA MPOKELA as well as escalated my query for someone to get in touch with me. Then, at the end of the day (still July 21) I finally receive a response from AMANDA MPOKELA and she tells me the refund will only be "actioned" on Tuesday 25 July. In other words, my refund, that I have now been requesting for ALMOST A MONTH, has not been requested or processed by anyone despite what I have been told so far and I need to wait a further 2-3 days only for it to be sent out. And there is 0 garantuee that it will even be sent off this Tuesday. The utter disregard for customers money their accounts department has is astounding. You are a loyal customer who pays your bills on time and sometimes even earlier than required and they are more than happy to take your money. But once the word REFUND is mentioned, their consultants suddenly become incompentant and unresponsive, because they are hoping you'll choose to have them credit your account so they won't have to pay you out for what should not have been taken in the first place. I will be disconnecting my package the first chance I get because of you Amanda. If anyone is considering signing up with RSAWeb, don't. Their cheaper prices are not worth the trouble you need to go through when trying to get answers from their support team.
2day is the 1st of july 2023 i woke up 2 no wifi i contacted them they tell me they disconnected me coz of late payments but i paid them i nw lost almost R800 i contacted them nw 2 cancel my subscription with them. RSAweb is truly in my coloured voice a kak service provider their poes they mislead they they rip u off they upgrade my speed without my consent and i need 2 pay extra they are 1st class kak some1 must burn down their HQ in seapoint lol they jas
