Worst isp I've came across rsaweb sucks they told me my router will work with their Sim when I got the Sim the story changed then when I asked for a refund they told me processing fee is non refundable when it's then who told me the router will work.thats just deceiving

This company deals in lies and fraud. Avoid at all costs!

sales agent sibongile sold me a solution that didn't work as promised because of company bureaucracy and incompetent staff. After requesting cancellation and that my bank account not be charged for a broken product, this was ignored and they still tried to deduct money from my bank account fraudulently.

I was promised a callback by supposed team leader jared, which never happened. He only leads bad service and fraud.

These agents have created so many tickets that they don't even know what's going on anymore.

And then amanda and linda on whatsapp support just tells me my ticket has been flagged again and that I will be contacted.

After still not being contacted, i eventually ended up calling the useless people myself, and then mihlali confirmed that they are all lying as nothing has been actioned.

And this after being promised a refund by Tuesday, 10/02/2026 at the latest.

Ongoing issues since September 2025.

Since September 2025, I have faced continuous problems. 1. I requested a relocation, but I was charged for a router I did not order. 2. A representative activated a debit order despite my explicit request not to, as I prefer to make monthly payments. 3. There was incorrect billing since my service was only activated after I called to have it done three days later. 4. A representative sarcastically informed me that my payment method was reset to EFT in November 2025, yet my bank account continues to be debited monthly, leading to unnecessary charges.

Unpleasant experience with a help desk agent

I encountered a help desk agent who was quite rude and obnoxious while trying to resolve a billing issue related to my recent move. Despite submitting the relocation form well in advance, their system failed to process it, claiming that mandatory fields were incomplete, even though I had filled everything out. I spoke with another representative earlier this month, who promised to escalate the issue to prevent further billing, but here we are with no resolution. This agent should not be in a customer-facing role. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience and reflects poorly on the service.

I had a frustrating interaction with a help desk agent who was unhelpful and rude while addressing my billing concerns. Unacceptable Service Experience

After signing up for a special offer, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Communication has been lacking, and despite multiple requests for updates on my installation, I received no response. The fibre was finally installed, but I was without internet for nearly three weeks due to a mix-up with the cables. Each time I reached out for updates, I was told they would follow up, but I had to contact the provider myself. Additionally, the router took two weeks to arrive due to a system issue. Overall, I would not recommend this service.

Read Contracts Carefully Before Signing

Make sure to thoroughly review your contracts before committing to this service. I signed a 12-month agreement, and it took them three weeks to establish my connection. Upon moving out after fulfilling my contract, they attempted to charge me a substantial fee for their delays. Even after returning the router on time, they still billed me for it. I strongly advise against this service; there are better options available.
