I have always had great customer service encounters at Ruby Lane. I've even met kind people along the way, most treat you like family. Their Jewelry is awesome, edpecially so with vintage. My only problem is having large rings sizes 9 to 11. But if your looking for retro, vintage, and old your in the right place.

Checking out was difficult

Checking out was difficult. I didn’t want the layaway options but somehow that happened. Now I’m working with that seller trying to reverse this. I still don’t know how I pay for my item. I won’t purchase from this site again.

Did not receive any invoice from seller

Did not receive any invoice from seller Cancel order after several hours of waiting for seller to send invoice. Waste of time and effort. I waited 5 hours for the invoice and payment was due the same day. I gave up after waiting well into the evening. Even after seller arrived home one excuse after another! There was nothing related to attempting to need immediate invoice. This was not a lay away it was a full one time payment. Due the same day.
