Good experience in the store making the purchase however our couch came with some pretty clear flaws. It's creaking very badly and the overall build quality is quite poor to be honest.After contacting the service department to get the stuff fixed they basically just told us to either wait it out and hope the creaking goes away or take the sofa in for servicing ourselves on an exact date a month later.That is unacceptable. You cannot deliver a broken product and then ask the customer to bring it back in on a given date and then retrieve it once again themselves (which costs money for renting a van)
WORST!!!!! They sell used/second-hand sofas as “brand new”. When my sofa arrived, I noted dirty marks on the sofa and around the edges. After enquiry, the salesman in Mijdrecht told me the sofa was on display for about a month, yet Zaandam sold it to me as “new”. I raised this with service department, Zaandam and Mijdrecht, but I am not receiving ANY support or explanations to this matter from anyone - after ONE month!!! I don’t recommend this place at all!!!
After my bad review, they asked me to send in a complaints form..for the 4th time.And since then....nothing heard. I have now filled in 4 complain forms, sent emails, telephoned,,,,and still I havent revceived the 25cent worth plastic foot cover.This is really unbelievable....im not even angry,,,just stunned at the service level...
I had been looking for a sofa for so long everywhere with no luck, and I was under a pretty tight budget. At seats and sofas I got the best customer service by Diderik, he helped me pick a sofa , color and fabric. And The prices are just incredible!

We were welcomed with proper greetings and drinks, which was really a nice gesture. The sales attendant Jesse helped us understand the selection process as we were completely unaware of it since it was our first time buying a furniture from such stores in NL. The store has multiple options to look from and most of them can be customised to your needs and liking. Once we finalised on the type of sofa w.r.t. the sitting feel and comfort, we were helped by Jesse to decide on the orientation since we had selected a U shaped couch. He patiently drew the living room shape and tried explaining how the coach will look with different angles, which was really helpful. After that the material selection for couch cover was done. Jesse also suggested to check the cover design and colour in natural light instead of store lights as the store lights sometime tends to give wrong idea. This suggestion was also very helpful. So overall we had a great shopping experience at the Nieuwegein store. I would highly recommend it.
